3 appointments made for my elderly mother. All 3 cancelled and rebooked. Rang to speak to their quality team to report poor service. They never called back.now that reflects poor quality

Walked in at 8.30am on a Thurs morning to enquire about a hearing test. The man at the front desk didn’t even look up and abruptly asked “YES”! I said I was enquiring about a hearing test. He then abruptly asked, “DO YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT? ”, I said no, do you need one? “YES”, WHEN DO YOU WANT TO COME IN? ” I said I’m here now? The shop was empty as they had just opened and no one was waiting. I then decided, too hard and walked out. I then got a haircut, walked passed at 9am and they were still empty. I did some shopping and walked passed again at 9.30am. Guess what, they were still empty. One can only assume they were employees as what owner would talk to a prospective customer prepared to spend up to $4K for hearing aids. Try somewhere else, I like to support local, but won’t be back. Ironically their sign states Saturday is by appointment which implies the other days are not.
