Excellent service from Megan in the showroom. Dispatch guys couldn’t be more helpful loading the couch onto the Ute. And, an excellent quality product and a good price.
Tried several occasions to call wanting to purchase furniture only for the phone to ring out or message saying the store is closed when it was open.

After getting Queen base that 2 should have been there.
But when I walk in there was not even 1 on show and the guy I ask to see if had any he said we never had it in stock, didn't even check on computer.
Then went back home to drop into Gepps Cross to be told that there were 2 of the beds at Melrose Park

A decent range and sales people were lovely, but seemed a bit more expensive overall in comparison to fantastic furniture.
Had a great experience today with Sarah, who helped me with finding bedside tables. Even though they weren’t in stock, she asked the guy in the warehouse to show me a similar item, so that I could see the finish in person. She also helped me to organise the exchange of a faulty bed, ensuring all my account details were correct for delivery. Thanks guys!
The SmartCare addon is a scam, the terms and conditions allow them to reject anything. DO NOT waste your money. Will not be shopping at Amart in the future and will advise others to avoid.
Went to the warehouse today to pick up a mattress that I had ordered over the phone, Trevor came out to greet me and went above and beyond to help me get it into my car. He had a great sense of humour and best of all got my mattress to fit:)
Bought a 2 seater sofa, got a great price and they delivered upstairs in our townhouse, set it up and removed the packaging, very impressed.
Good prices and good staff. Only complaint that delivery took longer than expected, apart from that, great store
Items should be in stock when being displayed or a sign stating the time frame for delivery, would save alot of hassle and wasting time.
Terrible customer service bought dining table and opened at home it was damaged rang them straight away and explained everything they said because you open box that’s why we can’t take it back. I can’t get it how you know if box is unopened?

Terrible customer service.
Ordered three whole bedroom sets. Beds, tall boys, side tables for master bedroom and kids rooms.
Upon moving into our new home we discovered that the $1600 dresser table for the master bedroom was too wide. The box was not opened and still sealed. Phoned back the very next day to ask about swap for the tall boy in the same set. Staff gave fed me standard store policy repsonse of ‘no’ due to being “beyond 30 days since purchase”. Referred me to manager Theo who’s “reasonable” suggestion was that I sell the product on gum tree and then come in and buy the tall boy.
Very unfair and unreasonable treatment considering the size of the company l, the money we had spent and the fact they they are still selling the item on the floor. Will be taking the matter to ACCC.
They are only after profit and have no regard for the customer whatsoever!
The staffs needs special training in manners and customer services.

Excellent. They had a sale on so got some bargains. Bought a bedroom suit. The gentleman who served us was very nice and honest. We really appreciated his service. I am super excited to get my new bedroom suit.
Very good shop service and nice looking recliner. Appalling delivery. Came in crumbled box that delivery men tried to force through my front doorway almost tearing screen door. Then dragged it out and let it drop onto concrete step before tearing open the box to bring chair inside. No care or respect for customer's paid for item. Footrest on chair does not fold down without alot of effort. Disappointing. So, no brownie points for delivery! Amart staff were great though.
My partner and I were searching for a dining set and found one we really liked at Amart (Blaze).
We drove to the Melrose Park Amart during the beginning of October and were told by one of the sales reps (Rohit) that they don't currently have any in stock and it'd need to be ordered in. We were given a timeframe of 10 weeks for delivery which factored in shipping and some additional time given current circumstances. We then asked whether or not any other stores might have it in stock as a two and a half month wait wasn't really ideal. The sales rep checked on their tablet and confirmed twice that no other nearby stores had it in stock before pushing for us to place the order and put a deposit down.
We weren't too thrilled about the timeframe, so we passed on the offer. I thought I'd do some due diligence and as soon as we walked outside, I called one of the nearby stores (Gepps Cross) and they confirmed they did in fact have it in stock. We immediately placed the order through them and had everything set up in our dining room within the week.
Overall, a pretty disappointing experience.
