I had an appointment with Altramind hypnotherapy.
I had some deep personal questions I wished to get a better understanding of.
My session was amazing, i didn't know how the session would unfold, with only a small understaning on past life regression therapy.i felt very relaxed.
Natalie is a true professional and made me feel very relaxed and comfortable!
Moving into the hypnosis therapy, i was in awe of where i went in my mind.
Feeling safe and comfortable, allowed me to go very deep within my subconscious.

Excellent sessions with Natalie. Had hypnotherapy sessions for weight loss. Following my sessions I continued to loss weight over a period of 7 months. Lost 12 kilos and have kept the weight off. Still losing weight and use the strategies suggested to me in my sessions. Would highly recommend to all ages. I’m 62 had difficulty getting motivated and found it hard.
