A wall of wine to pick from, good music, great laid back but professional service and some of the best bar food I’ve had, what more could you ask for? This place is levels above a lot of the offerings in this area!

Fantastic little spot in the heart of Hyde park. Wine list is super accommodating to both novices and experts in wine- there’s something there for everyone. And I’m still dreaming about their fried chicken…

I don’t think I need to say much as the one photo I took says it all. Beautiful wine list with some European wine choices, which we love! This was a perfect Anchovy and lemon starter. Service was spot on too. Can’t wait to sit outside in Summer and people watch.

Great place to have a wine or two on KWR. Great atmosphere with staff that really know their wines.

Aesthetic & Food is a 10/10. The wine menu is stellar, as is the staff. Would recommend.

First time going and loved the atmosphere, the employees, the food, and especially the wine. The list was creative and had a large variety of wines including locally grown options. I would recommend making a reservation just in case as this place can get busy. I can't wait to visit again and trying something new.

Great fitout, excellent drinks list, delicious food and very attentive service from knowledgeable. Bravo to Alt - King William Road has needed somewhere like this for a long, long time!

Such a lovely venue with a very welcoming, up beat feel to it! Wine list is super approachable and carefully put together as well as the food menu (miso deviled eggs and roasted olives are fire). Staff were incredibly kind and accomodating - quite a memorable and comfortable experience. The vibe was absolutely on, incredible atmosphere!

Went in for a snack with a friend and couldn't help but order more food. Good portions and the kitchen is showing creativity in it's delivery. Heaps of wine options by the glass and staff with plenty of hospo experience to chat through bottle purchases and generally provide warm banter. I've been a local for a little bit and it was great to see people of all ages enjoying the space. Perfect for dates or with mates. So glad something like this has finally opened on KWR!

Came here for a drink and it did not disappoint! Vibey interior, great wine list, and an outstanding maple pecan crunch. King Will has been waiting for something like this
