I could give zero star if allowed, charge things that were never delivered/never ordered.rude and arrogant customer services.avoid at all cost.

Sick of running out of tea towels and having them show up a day late with less than what we ordered, the fire was 6 months ago and youre a multinational company. Get it together.

It's another one of those 'who cares? ' companies. This occurs when a Manager is appointed solely to win the yearly Worst Run Company Competition.
And being Adelaide, Sydney's Head Office are apathetic, call them and you will hear giggling in the background.

Items always missing but still charged for the at the end of the month.
It seems it’s up to me to check this and report any discrepancies on my bill. In this day and age of technology I can’t understand why I can’t be billed for only the items I receive.
Not sure how this company is still in business! All attempts to contact, including leaving messages, for Paul Schillabeer to contact me have failed. Just plain rude! Time to move on.

Let me add to the absolute discontent for this company. No-one ever answers the customer service line. The only thing they are good at is an automated monthly invoice. Unfortunately this invoice assumes that every item on the invoice has been delivered. This could not be further from the truth. At one point the drivers were instructed not to put dockets in the soiled bags. Bags were left to go mouldy in the car park and were thrown out. They lost complete track of customer inventories. It takes months if ever to have your concerns even discussed. Rejected items never come back. The staff get all defensive and tell lies. Nothing is ever their fault. The most unprofessional and inept company that you could ever hope to deal with. Keep clear.

This is, by far, the worst company i have ever dealt with in nearly 30 years of business! They constantly send the wrong order with most of it missing and then invoice for more than provided. There is no customer service. When you try to contact them via phone, the message says that no one is available. Absolutely useless! If it was possible, I would give them minus 5.

There's no customer service at all! Staff are not professional and very good at making lies to customers. They said they'd pick up linens, no one showed up, then they called to book another time, no one showed up again, just sending a huge amount of bill to us. It's a waste of our time and money in this company. Rubbish company! We will take our legal action.

DO NOT use these guys. Three weeks without linen. Over six phone calls and nothing has been done. Promised to be couried three times to make up for it and nothing. Still content to invoice us tho

Absolutely would have to be the worst linen service in Australia! They don't answer the phone, i'm having to clean my own dirty overalls at times or they pick up the dirty ones and and forget to leave the clean ones? So I've left many messages and no one gets back to me. If i ran my business like Alsco do i would have no business. Time for me to move on and find a reliable linen service, this has been going on over a long period of time.so stupid me for putting up with their terrible so called service: Brian Rooney Auto Service. Adelaide.

WORST NIGHTMARE
Are we still with them? Yes. Why? Havent been able to find an alternative. If any of you have suggestions please send them our way!

I dread calling and speaking to anyone from Alsco. They are the most unprofessional bunch I have personally ever dealt with. I'd have to CALL and EMAIL to make sure they get things done and 50% of the time they still mess it up. I mean mate! No one ever apologised for their mistakes, all you hear is "I have done my job and its the other department's fault".

We are a Chinese resto. Just as we took over the business, their driver and the linen department scammed us for food and threatened that if they don't get garlic king prawns for free they'd stop delivering supplying us linen. Now it all seems like a joke but when we were still finding out feet in the business, it really freaked us out!

Be careful not to receive excess amount of stock because they are cheeky like that. We ended up having a mountain full of table clothes in storage and they refused to refund us rental/cleaning fee but instead, put us on a stock reduction. Their system is nothing but full of errors. Charged us $1k for 'lost stock' during COVID 19 shutdown. I mean.we were CLOSED, and you were informed.

Unfortunately the list just goes on and on.

In conclusion, not recommended!

Have dealt with Alsco (through Brenton) for almost 12 months now. Was very helpful with advice when setting up and any problems since have sorted out immediately. Late minute requests by us have been taken care of and nothing has been too much trouble. Highly Recommend.

The driver was not nice at all. Today he delivered the towels to my business in Mclaren Vale but only small ones. My staff asked ‘that’s all? ’ His answers was ‘you don’t understand what I’m says? ’ with grumpy face. This wasn’t the first time. Only 1 star for driver’s services.
