I was a past customer and rang them to try to get a rough cost on building another pool in a new house and they just literally laughed at me when I was genuinely trying to get information. Abysmal customer service. Definitely won't use them.

So so happy with our first concrete pool and the Alpha team. From day 1 Phil was amazing with our quoting etc took the time to give us all options and even communicated over the Christmas period. Jacob, Andrew, Steve and all of the trades were fantastic. I haven't dealt with a company like Alpha Pools for a long time where the communication is second to none. It has been a nice change in this day and age. Every step of the way even if someone was running a little late we were advised. We were understandably nervous about installing our first concrete, fully tiled pool and spa. We were after a resort style pool. After speaking with John at Alpha Pools, we were soon put at ease. We showed John our basic design and he did the rest. The whole team at Alpha Pools are very professional, always friendly, and they sure know about modern pools. Such an amazing company to work with to build our pool! John and the team at Alpha Pools came in and completely transformed our backyard! From start to finish, we had an easy time communicating with them a on- pretty much- a daily basis as your backyard was prepped and the new pool was dug and installed. We now have a beautiful, fully tiled pool that looks absolutely better than we could have ever imagined and has already been used so much! We also have Alpha Pools maintain our pool with their cleaning service so they have literally taken care of everything for us. We cannot thank John and his team at Alpha Pools enough for the hardwork and love that has gone into this pool for us.

The staff are very friendly and know their stuff, I recently needed to replace my pool pump. Not only did they know the best options for me they got the pump in quickly and at a good price.

Great service and products. Very happy with everything overall. We went in on a weekend to ask about the products and prices. We were very happy with the quote. We called and asked for a pump and chlorinator to be installed a few days later and luckily the guys were free. Our pool is crystal clear, it has never looked better, cannot wait for the warmer weather to have a dip. Thanks team

Alpha Pools built my pool over 5 years ago. They have been very professional since the installation. This summer for the first time i have been having trouble keeping my pool from going green after all these storms. However after some friendly service and advice from the staff we are able to enjoy our crystal clear pool again.

Where do I start, just take their advice with a grain of salt.literally.

We came in just wanting a test only to be told our salt levels are way too low for our pool (which is a lie now realising after). Now adding more salt to the pool we must drain the pool due to their ignorance and mistakes as they are unsure on how they got their numbers wrong. Very unprofessional and did not bother compensating for their ignorance. Only realising after that they count their salt in 20kg chunks but did it in 25kg in our testing resulting in us buying useless products for the pool.

I would avoid this pool shop at all costs as they simply just want to take your money and find excuses on their mistakes to ensure you go away and never come back so they don't make another screw up.

Excellent service and advice by Alphas. Our pool was was awful, green, you could not see the bottom and children were not happy! We took in a water sample to Alpha Pools and followed their instructions and within 24 hrs kids were swimming.
