Having been a patient for approx 10 years I had occasion to ring surgery recently when feeling very unwell and unable to get out of bed. I asked the receptionist if I could have a phone consult with a doctor. Unless I had a Covid test return positive, No I couldn’t. Receptionist was very abrupt, and uncaring. What has happened to our health system. I have private health. What a joke. Appalling. Not happy.

I would not recommend this clinic for a blood test, especially for children! It has been the worst experience for a blood test for my childs life and mine for seeing him go through that!

Dr Ismail lived up to every single bad review you see. She is genuinely one of the worst and rudest Drs I've ever come across. She was incredibly demeaning, and pushy, even though I clearly told her what I wanted/didn't want. I have never felt so pressured and demeaned in an entire appointment, ever. Will never be back to see her again. Unlike some reviews say the receptionist was super lovely and empathetic and got me rescheduled with another Dr quickly.

Dr Steven Koh is a fantastic doctor. I've been seeing him for many years. He's always very approachable and easy to talk to. The reception staff are always helpful and pleasant towards me. Overall it's a great experience at Allcare Medical Centre.

I am a new patient of Dr Jennifer Hughes, she was fantastic during my appointment, extremely thorough and I did not feel rushed in any way, she took her time with me. I highly recommend Jennifer if you're looking for a female Doctor who is both highly professional, understanding and kind.

I only gave 2 stars because they now charge $40+ gap to see a Dr.
Drs make soooooo much money for EACH appt. But yet it's not enough for them anymore? Low income earners and their teenage children are going to suffer the most. Cost of living is going up in all areas. This is definitely a harmful one.
The doctors are mostly lovely at this clinic which is such a shame, but the front staff need to be trained in customer service. They are a bit hit and miss in attitudes. For the amount of drs there you should be able to get an appt sooner. And on a plus side possibly the elderly won't need to wait so long for their appt when they are there as there will be hardly anyone else.

I found the best doctor there. Unfortunately, the reception staff make it impossible to make an appointment and have terrible costumer service. I chose to go elsewhere because it took forever to get an appointment and you needed to get through horrible attitude.
They have a chemist, dentist and a lab onsite which is handy though

Keep getting hung up on by reception staff my appointments keep getting cancelled as the doctor is swamped and I can never be seen evertime I go in there there is nobody in there waiting and I still get told I have to book a appointment and when I do I have to book weeks in advance

Incompetent phlebotomist.

I came to do my blood test after fasting and had to wait 1 more additional hour and finally got my chance to give blood. The young phlebotomist who worked on 29.04.23 at 10 am pricked 3 times (2 times in the left hand and 1 time in the right hand) and she repeatedly told me that I didn't drink enough water for the fasting period and couldn't draw enough blood for the test. She has no competence to draw blood from properly visible veins. Please look at the following pictures of what she has done. She pricked through my veins, and now I have this bruse on my left hand. Clinpath, you need better people to draw blood. Shame on your service

Ignore their opening times listed here and printed on their front door.i went half an hour prior to supposed closing time and was told they are closed. When i questioned their suggested times i was told that comes down to demand. This was despite there still being a Doctor there seeing a patient. Obviously someone planned an evening out or had just had enough.

First time I went to this facility to use the clinpath. No doubt the Dr services is great but found one of the receptionist abrupt, found it hard to digest getting told I need a face mask and she didn’t have one her self. Maybe she had a medical reason, but did she ever thought I might as well.

As part of my job as a Support Worker I have visited this clinic with clients on numerous occasions. The front desk staff are fantastic both on the phone and in person. All the Doctors who have seen my clients have been attentive, thorough and personable.

I just called for an appointment they said they can't help me because I told them that I never had a need to visit doctor so that's why they can't book me in in order to go there you should have been to doctor in past and then they hang up midway no wonder the raing is 2 stars

The admin staff are a complete and utter joke. Rude and abrupt. They have ZERO social skills. They need a reality check. They think they are so far above everyone, yet they are just small minded individuals who have no ambitions. Disgusting customer service. DO NOT RECCOMMEND. The doctors there are also quite rude as well.

Been a patient for several years. This can be a busy practice, but at all times I have only experienced a very professional and dedicated team. Dr Ismail is always thorough and easy to relate to. The Pharmacy team are great.

Pros: A few excellent doctors (Dr Truvobic, Dr Frawley, Dr Ryan) and good hours. Relatively clean. Sadly just not enough good Drs to meet the demand.

Cons: Some Drs I wouldn't go to if I was dying (Dr Frost, seriously he shouldn't be practicing)! Availability can be scarce. Like most places you have to plan to be sick as often no appts when you need one.

Long wait times. I've been going to this clinic for many years due to close proximity and weekend hours. Expect to wait between 30 - 60 minutes for your appointment - even if you ring ahead to check if the Dr is on time. You get told you are the next person in, and then STILL wait at least 30 minutes, usually more.

So yeah, I've waited around an hour for a 4 minute consult, even when ringing ahead. So frustrating, especially when you have young children with you.

Reception staff can be abrupt, but I haven't felt them to be rude. Just mostly answering lots of calls or are not that interested in their job.

Overall, If you value your time and have other options - Take the other option.

Recently moving to the area and needed to find a female doctor so they advised I see Dr Ismail. When I met her she was one of the rudest doctors and professionals I've ever seen. How is she a doctor? Just yells at me over something so minor! So then I asked if they could refer me to another female doctor - and got Dr Maynard. OMG she was just as bad! Couldn't understand a word she said with that shocking accent, and no apology for being late either. Looking for another female doctor in the area paying top dollar to see doctors who are rude at Allcare. No thanks.

I have a back condition that occasionally requires opiates. I’ve had this for 30 years and I know what works. But I’m treated like a drug addict every time I ask for the only treatment that helps. Doctor telling me to go for a walk. I can hardly stand. Then the pharmacy people treat me like a criminal. I’m a work from home professional but they treat me like I’m a scum bag. There’s no compassion even though I’m in obvious pain and can hardly stand. Horrible people. Humiliating experience.

Doesn’t matter when you go the receptionists always seem to be rude. Seems like a bad culture… would be nice if management acknowledged the ratings and reviews as people of all walks of life deserve to be treated with kindness and respect.

Extremely disappointed with the timing of this clinic. No control of timing for taking appointment. Front desk staff has no guilt of this, no even feel sorry for this.
