Worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse worse customer service. We always went their for Nepali foods, meats and the way some of the guy staffs talk, serving meat in that section is so so rude. We all want a good taste, good quality meat whether it’s pricey or not but the way that guy treat us like we are there for free is so so annoying. Show respect gain respect that’s it.

Very bad costumer service, the guy at counter was no intention of providing service at all, i had to wait and he was talking with other costumer about random things, and i had to ask again to check out the groceries. Need to improve a good costumer service.

I observed that the attendants at the store, and those at the counter, might benefit from embracing a more friendly and polite demeanor.
I understand the challenges that may arise during busy periods like festive seasons or weekends, but a welcoming smile, polite conversation, and if you could humorous interaction can have a lasting impact on a customer's perception. This small change, rooted in our rich Nepali culture of hospitality, where guests/customer are considered akin to gods, can go a long way in fostering positive relationships.
I believe that by prioritising a warm and welcoming environment, your business can not only retain its current customers but also attract new ones, ultimately securing success for generations to come.

Worse experience with the meat seller the gye with long hair, every time I have been there always have issue with that person only, give meat in varied way like meant to have 2 kg give 1.5kg despite paying amount of 2 kg or sometime 2.5kg.
Big discrimination among customer, though I was in first queue he serve the other customer and his friend. Very bad customer service by that man (slim with long hair). Worse to put In customer service department.
Never recommend people to go there specially to get service from that long hair slim man (meat seller) having bad attitude towards customer.

The shop is best to get most of the groceries at one place however, my concern is when i order three different meat items 1kg each.all three items were almost 1.5 which is not expected.i m paying extra for unwated extra kg which i think has to be improved.i dont think its a good upselling practice.hope it gets improved.

You can get so much stuff like Nepalese and Indian origin items that are hard to find in normal stores extending from unique spices, temple, god's idols, local chicken mear, goat meat and other authentic products. Goods made in India and Nepal such as sauces, noodles, tra bags, coffee, toothpaste, oil and so much things are there.

Rather unique Nepalese supermarket with quite a good selection of products and also some fresh groceries, butcher, Nepali sweets. Decent prices.

Everything is good but because of the store opening and closing time i am giving 1 star. Its says close 10pm but whenever i visit 9pm its closed.
So plz update your fix time

Good place to find fresh meat and Nepalese Condiments like: chocolates, WaiWai and Titaura.

I have had the worse customer service ever by one of the rudest person in the check out today. I went there for few stuffs and when asked about one of the products the check out person reacted very rudely which is unacceptable behaviour specially in retail setting. Customer service is one of the first things any customer would expect in any shop but this shop specially the check out guy was unprofessional and rude. If I had a choice of going below 1 star I would have done that. Not recommended at all, will not go to this shop ever again.
I would also like to advise owner that you should learn and re-reconsider essence of customer service before operating a retail shop, specially when putting untrained and unprofessional staff out in the check out to face the customer as they are one one who represent your business to us (the customers)
Very upsetting and worse service

Very happy to have this place close to home. Stocks everything we need and at fair prices. Nepali staff who are friendly. Veg can be a little hit-or-miss as some produce, particularly tomatoes, tend to go bad 2-3 days after purchase.
