Alex Fisher Health - Adelaide Naturopath

I have been working with the team at AF Health for about a month and a half now and so far it's been amazing. We did lots of testing to get answers and I'm doing an anti inflammatory, adrenal and hormone re balancing protocol now which I'm already seeing results from. I'm excited to continue to work on myself with the team. The products are all amazing quality as well. Would recommend. My partner is going as well to deal with some of his own issues:)

Finding AF Health has been a game changer for me. After suffering from bloating and stomach upsets this year from stress I looked into finding out the cause. I started seeing Kayla from AF Health who steered me back in track - I thought I was eating really healthily but it was the incorrect type of healthy eating for my body as a serious of tests discovered. I’m thrilled with my results abs so happy it wasn’t leaky gut or SIBO after all but a bacterial infection in large intestine. If this review can help one person out then it’s worth it. I highly recommend Kayla. I’m going to continue to stay off gluten and dairy and have become a very creative cook with fruits, veggies and protein.
