Aldinga Day & Night Surgery

I am currently 32 weeks pregnant and not taken seriously with a serious injury, sent around in circles, been off work for 2.5 weeks and as a casual 5 doctor visits, x-ray and ultrasound and can't even provide with centrelink medical certificate and left with complete stress and anxiety, crying and advised to see a medical specialist (quoted $250 just for a consult for surgery) - yet they were confused because they can't help as I have had 2 scans (ultrasound and X-ray) and can only offer surgery but were still confused why a standard GP could not assist. I have no income because I can't medically cleared to work, begged them for help and pushed out the door with again another fee to pay and not even provided with a standard medical certificate.

Reception is great. I don't think the doctor I saw for first time can handle my case. Sorry about that. Understanding is going to be helpful.

The Doctor and Staff were very thorough and helpful when I needed an unexpected Saturday appointment. Highly recommend this surgery.

Really friendly place. They have the nicest admin ladies, always willing to help anyway they can. I see Dr Sophia and she is just absolutely amazing. My family and I really like her. Seen some of the other doctors too, and they are all very nice and very helpful people. Highly recommend.

Doctors and reception staff are great. Very helpful and friendly. Have managed to get cancellation bookings for myself and my children just about every time it's been needed!

Lovely clinic, clean, modern and airy. The staff are all so friendly - from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses. The doctors are kind, caring and knowledgeable, said as someone who finds doctors appointments a little nerve wracking. I've seen the Osteo previously also who is professional. So blessed to live close to this clinic

Good service and it's on time on the day, but a little silly, to text you half-way before your appointment asking you if you still want the appointment or not, how do you know if your gonna need it the next day or not?

Very friendly and professional practice, location is very convenient and availability of appointment's is ideal.

Everyone were so nice here! I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. I went in to talk about an sensitive issue and not at any point did I feel uncomfortable. Very much recommend, thank you for taking care of me:)

Glad I changed to this practice. I was a patient, at Aldinga Medical Centre but since they were sold the service there is non existent.

We have just moved into the area. Dr Sayo was lovely with our 3 year old. We will be using the Aldinga Day and Night surgery as a family Dr in the future.

Absolutely disgusting and disappointing service. Staff have Absolutely no idea what they are doing. Don't waste your time

Admin staff super helpful and when I have concerns regarding appointments they always go above and beyond to help solve any other concerns. Absolute asset to the surgery with the staff you have working the front desk. Doctors, nurses and remaining staff are brilliant aswell.

I can usually get an appointment within 24 hours. Usually pretty much on time as well. Might have to wait 10-15 minutes which I think is pretty good considering how busy it is. Always pleasant staff and Dr’s

Was fitted in at very short notice where I could not get an appointment in any other surgery. Very pleasant and helpful staff

Waited 35 past my appointment time.no other people in the waiting room. Had to leave for another appointment without seeing a Dr.

Nice modern clinic with friendly and caring staff. Unfortunately waiting between 20 and 30 mins after the scheduled appointment time every single time (for us it’s been about 8 times) gets pretty old really quick. Kinda defeats the purpose of their oddly specific booking times as well.

Very happy with the doctor i seen. I like the later hours they are open to
schedule appointments around life.
