Aldinga Bay Cafe

Very nice Indian food. It was tasty. Good vegan options. Only issue is that when we were there they also took on a lot of takeaway orders. This significantly impacted wait times for dine in customers. The kitchen was maxed out with takeaway. A number of tables seated after us got food before us and we didn’t get an entree that we ordered. An area for management to look at.

While the cafe doesn't look like much from the outside, it's a pleasant surprise walking in. The food was nice, perhaps on the pricier side of things, but overall not a bad offering. Will be returning.

Outstanding customer service and quality food, left us wishing we were locals! Will recommend to anyone and be back soon!

I haven't dined in but this is my go-to for Indian Food. I live at Moana and make the drive to Aldinga every time (well, my husband does). I really appreciate their opening hours as someone who does early morning shifts, dinner can be as early as 4.00pm so it's amazing they're open then. The food is second to none and the service always amazing. Thank you to the chef.

Very unexpected find as we thought we were walking into a normal cafe. But one of the best indian food I've had in Adelaide. Mango lassi is a must try and get the fish and chips takeaway for the beach.

Had a great experience, kadhai chicken curry was the best I have ever had, PERFECT blend of spices. The owner was very friendly, Looking forward to coming back again.

Bit hit and miss, two curries were tasty full flavoured off the bat.the other two were blandish and the chicken hadn't absorbed any flavour, like it had been plonked in the pre made sauce, heated and served.
Like all curries, soups etc given a couple of days in the fridge to rest, flavour shines through.
Atmosphere great, spacious, beach across the road, toilets are outside.carparking good.beach across the road.
Regarding opening hours 8.30pm usual closing however if busy 9pm.

The food was DELICIOUS best indian i've had in adelaide by far. The sweetest girl Rheian served us and she was incredibly sweet and kind to talk to us. Caelan answered the phone and he was helpful and took his time.

Phenomenal food. The curry was absolutely amazing. We also ordered fish and chips a few nights later. Pretty average, but as far as the Currys go. Absolutely beautiful, so we will let the underwhelming fish and chips slide

Between the customer service and the hospitality, Aldinga Bay Cafe are next to none! Spectacular food and the customer service is incredible. A small family run business that deliver authentic Indian food and make you feel like family from the moment you walk in. My family and I have been looked after time and time again. I could not recommend this restaurant, the staff and quality of food enough. Will be life king customers ️️

Fantastic meal
We visited the Aldinga Bay Cafe for lunch and had a fantastic meal. We had entrees and mains and all were spot on. Making the experience even better was the pride the staff took in the food they were serving and their genuine interest in how we enjoyed the meal.

The best place to eat at Aldinga. Food is just the best, service is amazing. I’ll be going there regularly.

I never write reviews but I have to after tonight’s meal. Hands down the best Indian food around. Possibly the best meal I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favour and head into the Aldinga Bay Cafe.

Service was top notch. Our server was personable, friendly and knowledgeable. We asked our server her recommendations and allowed her to direct our meal. We were not disappointed.

Friday night so there was a steady flow however our meal entrees and mains were timed perfectly. From that alone we could tell the kitchen staff knew what they were doing and we were in for a great meal.

The food is simply delicious. Fresh, clean flavours. It was evident the Chef and his staff were first class. Generous portion sizes with plenty to share around. You could taste the quality of the ingredients and the care that’s been put into each plate. Fantastic value too.

During our meal, owner and Chef Arbind personally welcomed us and made sure our meals were to our liking. After our meal he talked with us for awhile, his personality, generosity and sincerity shining through. Arbind makes you feel like an old friend.

All the staff were happy to be there. Customers were welcomed like family. You could see that the customers had come back time and time again. A genuine and welcoming atmosphere. Arbind and his staff truly value their customers.

We’ll be back, it’s our new favourite.

We've had takeaway from here a few times and can highly recommend. Meat is beautifully tender and tasty and everything we've had has been fabulous

Tasty food provided by friendly staff and owners. Very light naans were a welcome change from naans from many restaurants that can be quite solid and hard to digest. The Barramundi was delightful. Reasonable wine selection with most being from the local region. BYO allowed. Large non alcoholic drink range also.
