Just had, without a doubt the best Sirloin steak EVER! Waited 62 years and what a magnificent meal. Tender, tasty and beautifully prepared. Neat little shop and really nice owner. Kane, like his meat is absolutely top shelf.

The meat from here is awesome. And our Christmas ham and pork was absolutely delicious!

Unfortunately I do not have a picture of the pie I had, but I ate the most delicious Lamb Curry Pie, no, the most delicious pie in general! The owner, Kane, was really friendly and I look forward to trying all the other food he creates in the future.

Kane and his family have an absolute commitment to quality, from their farm to their shop. Great meat - and you know exactly where it's come from. The jerky is next level and Kane's curry is brilliant. Highly recommend.

Heard about the place when David McKenzie called it the best butcher in SA, while calling the TDU as the cyclists rode through Aldgate. Dropped in to investigate and impressed by the quality of the meats on offer. Bought a 1.2kg beauty of a cut of meat. One slow cooked BBQ later, and it was the most tender buttery smooth flavourful beef I have ever eaten. Definitely worth the trip up from Adelaide.

Great operator. Knows his meat inside out and also is a producer. Can order on specials as required ie wagyu rump cap.

Possible the best butcher shop in Adelaide. The butcher owner of this business, is also a farmer, and lot of his beef comes off the farm. There is an excellent range of meats available, it is always a pleasure to visit this Butcher. My wife who does most of the shopping would not go anywhere else for meat. Nice guy friendly and helpful.

Really good selection of meat - look at the size of those pork cutlets and at the age of that beef!

But come, above all, for the bacon and the ham!

Bought a couple of crumbed chicken breasts (freshly made up for us) and some pork sausages. The chicken breasts we made a parmigiana from and they were probably one of the tastiest schnitzels i've ever had. The next day we had the sausages and they were also very good quality with great flavour.

The shop has a bit of an old school butcher look and feel to it which I like, just straight to the point of quality meat which is all that matters.

Will definitely be buying more meat from here.

Unbelievable steak. Grown by the butcher himself, aged, tender, succulent. Best I have ever had anywhere.
