Very short wait and doctor was friendly and efficient and not in any hurry to push me out the door.

Saw Dr Jaspal Singh - he was efficient and very thorough, listened, ask my consent to check ears, listen to breathing etc. I would recommend him - 5/5 from me.

Great doctors but the administration staff are with few exceptions rude. They expect you to yell out personal details such as date of birth, address and credit card details. More professional administration staff in much better business’ ask if phone still ends in xxx. And still at x street. There is a sign up saying rudeness will not be tolerated. Wish that was true of the staff.

Good visit today. No waiting, straight in on time. Good service by my Doctor and freindly servise at the desk.

We couldn't attend appointment so dr rang us up and talked over the phone.this was not scheduled he was just worried so rang us when we cancelled
Excellent customer service

I had run out of one prescription repeat for medication I need daily. Finding out my own doctor was booked out till January, reception organised another doctor (whom I did not know) to ring me asap! Lovely Doctor, who organised an E Script to my phone within seconds, so I could visit my Pharmacy immediately! Amazing & prompt service, especially just before Christmas! My family have been so blessed to find Dr. Pena-Leal. He is so kind, empathetic and a great listener. His appointments do fill up quickly because of this, but when this does happen, we have also had great experiences with Dr. Mendis and Dr. Gardiner.

The staff are absolutely fabulous. Friendly, professional and very helpful. My husband and I have been seeing Doctor Mendis and he has been amazing. He is very knowledgeable and explains everything in layman terms. He is friendly and approachable and seems to really like his patients. This is a wonderful medical practice and highly recommend it to everyone.

I love this practice, and apart from getting an appointment quickly with certain doctors I cannot fault it.

The doctors at this clinic are very good. But the reception staff are just rude. And inefficient. And slow. Waiting 23 minutes on the telephone to make an appointment that cannot be made online is not good enough. Making patients wait outside is ridiculous. The waiting area is huge.

Great Doctors and staff. Only problem I have is can never get in touch via phone. Whenever I call I'm either on hold for over half hour. (no communication) or the most common is recording plays three times and it hangs up. So frustrating when you actually need to speak with reception

Have seen Dr Gardiner for the past year or so after moving from Southern Fleurieu area and needed a new GP. She has been very thorough with my care, and has helped me tremendously. It is great to book appointments via web, and all staff have been friendly when I have been there. I'm very happy with the service.
