I had high expectations when I met the Dr a few months ago, I was really keen to do whatever procedure she thought was good for my acne scars, however, during my appointment, even when she was educated and had courtesy, I felt she was not interested in my case at all, I get no much options or possible solutions, which disappointed me a little bit. At the end, I had nothing done but just getting some facial creams.

Would like to say thankyou to Dr. Rahma Targett she was very nice and gave me options that would help with my concerns. Its been a few days since my injections and i am already very happy with the results. It has made me feel more confident thank you. Also very friendly staff at the front very welcoming. Will definitely be back.

I got hair transplant last week. The procedure day was full on, but the staff were highly attentive and responsive to my needs! I am satisfied with how my newly grafted hair shaped and with the clinic's details on hair transplant aftercare.

All I can say is if you want to see a professional with top quality products and that puts their clients and their situation first then advanced cosmetic medicine is the place to go. Dr tragett is a miracle worker! I went in hoping for some sort of improvement.and dr tragett exceeded my expectations! I had cosmelan Peel and had the best result compared to all the treatments i did in the past.you name it i did what ever i could to remove melesama and cost fortune and nothing helped. I had a hydra facial +laser genesis face treatment combined. About 45-50mins together. I enjoyed the treatment but was unlucky with it & it was double what I was expecting to pay.

This is an account of my experience, as I was told this never happens but I don't believe it.

It was supposed to be a $100 consult or free if I had a treatment. I asked about threads and had in mind an infrared session to use that amount, if threads wouldn't work in that area (minor hip dips, just skin). I mentioned a couple years ago I was very sick and skin went bad and peeling but for a year it's been stable and back to normal.

I advised I want to spend the $100 for the consult fee.

The Dr doesn't do barbed threads said it wouldn't work (not the advice I have gotten at cosmetic surgery offices since) but she said we have a facial on special that would be amazing for your skin and noticed some minor sun spots suggested ointment.

I asked how much the special is and was told the girls would run through it. A young girl In another room talked about the treatment and costs, and that I get a few hundred discount from memory. I calculated that's only 250 more than the 100 I planned and if it's relatively long term results worth it.

When I left, I was charged
~650 and told it's because the product I was recommended is a script so now it's a dermatology consult and not eligible and, the facial treatment and heat machine at the end was around 500. It was extra value that they meant by doing a few things at one time, when said the normal fee then the discount (using the word discount).

But, while skin felt fine even nice but I reflected on the unexpected costs as I would never have paid/agreed for this service, next day I went back in to discuss. Dr targett was friendly and asked what I wanted as she has too much on in her life to worry about this and wants me to be happy, agreed she will speak to staff about quoting and
gave me a moisturiser for free. And refund the dermatologist fee, take back the script.

Then worst part.
The skin started taking a turn for the worst within days. So I didn't touch the lotion didn't trust it as skin was burning and took photos each few days and week.
Skin chunks and scarring when it peeled off, and pimples that I never get. A month on still worse.

I sent the images and a letter saying I'm not comfortable paying anything for what's happening, with before and current pics, as I took a video close up during treatment and my skin had none of that. Always take good before pics.

She said it's *never* happened to anyone before and said to come in for a refund, and there was a two page defamation disclaimer to sign. This wasn't their first rodeo. (I'm not sure how they have 50 good reviews, maybe it's the defamation disclaimers or just a numbers game). Honest reviews are not defamation though, so here we are ‍️.

Eventually it started going back to normal again with mild pigmentation scarring from the areas affected, they are improving with time. Would have loved to avoid though, it's not what I signed up for. Hope it helps you if you've experienced similar

Not only is she beyond exceptional as a practitioner who provides results which exceeded all my expectations! She is also the most genuine, caring, friendly, gorgeous person who goes above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable and happy with treatment results. I literally cannot recommend her enough!

Dr Targett and her staff were so caring and genuine that they were both needed to comfort me during my fear of injections.
Very professional and I felt very comfortable during my session and very satisfied with my results.

It was my first time going there and it was a very good experience.
Great arrive over the phone and in person.
Everything was explained to me and I felt comfortable.
The price was all so good.

I had Botox for migraines and had been to a chain clinic before.
This place but here the Botox had settled in within a few hours after instead of days.
I also didn’t come out with any bruises.

I would definitely recommend this place for the same procedure and if I need something else done I would go back there.
