Ordered mop heads on this company and only half of the order arrived. Called them and told me will be in the next 2 weeks. More than 2 months already nothing arrived. Careful in placing in your order because they put products as available but they don’t have the stocks.

There was a bit of a problem with delivered castors but the company management sorted it out in a very fast and professional way. They have even gone further and sent me extra nuts that they do not usually supply with their castors. I can recommend them to anyone who is looking for professional industrial equipment supply.

Bad service! I order a ball bearing and never receive from them! Almost a month since I order. I emailed them and they says that they already sent it. But i got nothing since then!

Purchased 20 Geohex pavers from Admerch for the driveway. Delivery was really quick and they are exactly what we needed to stop the gravel washing out! Thanks again!

03.07.2019 We recently purchased a Caterer's trolley from AdMerch and on collection, we were pleasantly greeted by the lovely staff member at the desk. She was extremely helpful and assisted us in loading the product into the car. Overall, fabulous customer service - above and beyond.

I purchased 3 x spray mops in January of this year. I later discovered that Ad Merch had sold a product they didn't have in stock. I then contacted them every week to two weeks via email & telephone chasing the product. I was consistently told 1-2 more weeks wait, they did not follow up as to where the product was, no updates provided without me calling/emailing even when i asked for a follow up email/call to occur. No tracking number provided. I finally received all 3 after three months of waiting/calls and emails. However after receiving the products 1 of the products was damaged and not able to be used as the spray was broken. It was clearly damaged prior to packing as the broken part was not even in the packaging. I'm not sure why they would even send a broken product like that. Ad Merch advised that they would send another one straight out, to replace the broken product. I again had to contact them after a two week period passing and not receiving the item. The sales representative lied, advising they had sent it on a certain date which was not true as their postage label had the date in which i emailed them on it. The 3rd product was then received 3 1/2 months after purchase & 2 1/2 weeks after advising they would send it. I would absolutely never use this company again based on their lack of customer service and complete disregard for customer experience.

This company gave me regular on line updates when they dispatched the parcel, easy tracking information. Delivered promptly it did take several weeks but it had to be sent to tassie. I was not home! No problem They notified by email and gave me an option, redelivered the next day, nice and early. I would buy from them again should they have a product I require.

Had a question on products, emaild AdMerch recieved prompt answer claryfing my queries, placed order and recieved smartly well packaged and an exact fit for my repair job.
Highly reccomend.

We have placed an order with Admerch online. Our credit card was charged but we never receive our products. Even after 5 calls to there internal sales department we still haven't got confirmation or tracking numbers for the items orders. We would not be purchasing from this company again.
