Thank you Paige you were very friendly & sweet when you served my friend & I today, it means a lot to us we go everywhere for our coffee’s & we don’t go back if they don’t treat us good, you went out of your way to make it very pleasant for us catching up thank you for that, we will be back xx

I visit this Cafe often. The coffee is great, and despite being quite busy during peak times, the staff are always efficient and am greeted with friendly smiles, whichever staff are there on the day.

Adisi café is a great friendly spot to have a small meal, lunch or brekky and coffee, great location to catch up with friends. Staff are fantastic, super friendly and awesome with suggestions and any dietary choices. The coffee is awesome, all staff have great barista skills.

The service was atrocious. The café was not busy and the 4-5 staff certainly took their time. They were socialising/drinking coffee/laughing/chatting to each other whilst we waited and waited.
The owner really needs to spend more time at this coffee shop, the service is definitely a bit better when she is around. The upholstered chairs are dirty and need cleaning.

I was very pleased with the service from these guys. I pre ordered multiple coffees for our team and the were bang on time and had all the coffees marked so we couldn’t mix them up. Thankyou guys

Poor service and rude staff. Looked at the display cabinet to decide what I wanted but apparently I didn’t stand in the right spot. The “Order Here” sign is very high up so not immediately visible. Initially ignored because I was standing 2m from the “correct spot” Had to ask for service. The rude girl took delight in pointing out my mistake. After getting served the staff didn’t wait till I had gone before sniggering amongst themselves.

I ordered a Hot chocolate and it was made with chocolate syrup (for milkshakes), sorry to say, it was not nice at all, and to top it off the girl how served the drink was rude as well.

Worst banana smoothie I have ever had. It tasted like dirt. Paper straw was so small, it disintegrated before I even had a chance to drink it. Couldn't even get it up the straw.

First time visiting the cafe we were greeted with a pleasant smile from the staff and a very friendly attitude. The coffee was amazing which is a plus for us as we are massive coffee drinkers
The food was also Devine. Thanks all we'll definitely return

There's no atmosphere, unless you're into watching people carry or wheel shopping bags out of a supermarket. The food is expensive and the staff need to smile more.

My wife ordered 2 coffees and banana bread, we were just grabbing a quick snack while I was on my way home, and wife going to work. Waitress never smiled once, never asked if we're dine in or takeaway, my wife watched the coffee being made from where we were seated, once ready it sat on the counter for a bit, until she went up and collected it herself, then food came out and was dumped on the table without a word.
Poor service. I appreciate people can have bad days, but don't dump it on your customers then expect them to return.

Didn't get everything I ordered and paid for. Waitress didn't seem to care too much. Said she would check didn't come back to let us know if it was coming or not mean while we finished what we did get and left.

Asked for a iced mocha staffed asked if I wanted ice cream and cream, yes please, I get my drink with powdered chocolate all around the top with no cream I said I asked for cream he said sorry we don't have any, I half finish my powdery drink and another person gets cream on top of their drink. Staff are not helpful or friendly

Very disappointing service-I waited at the counter for five minutes waiting to be served only one young man acknowledged my existence.

Waited ages for our coffees, milkshakes and cakes. The wrong orders brought to our table and our lactose free milkshakes which I assume I was charged extra for were served to the kids at the table next to us. Instead of apologising for the mix up the waitress was very rude to us no refund or alternative offered.

The usual menu, hot coffee etc, there's not much else I can say about this place.
It's ok if you want just a snack.

I have tried to get an all round opinion on this cafe and I genuinely have tried to see all the good points as now Chibo amd Rhineland have closed its closer to my workplace.
But im so sorry, i avoid Adisi as I find some staff, not all, so sour and rude. I thought maybe a bad day and I work fulltime running 2 large stores at Colonnades so i understand a rough day. But everytime. The same staff, the same face. I feel guilty ordering a coffee especially when I see tge faces staring back and around.
Please try and smile a little more.its not just me but many retailers who feel the same way. And its a shame as the quality of the products isnt bad!

My many experiences with this particular cafe has been nothing but exceptional. Really, to complain about a 4 item breakfast being a mere $12.50 is ridiculous. Not even having to consider the price of produce. It’s seems the critique that reviewed her “pricey” breakfast this morning to be unjust based on my personal experience. Seems she is clearly a Karen

I was traveling from the other side of the city and decided to call in for a coffee, I ordered a cappuccino and WOW! The taste was amazing and presentation was perfect I will definitely be coming back next time I'm down this way! Looking forward to my next visit.

Poor food experience, breakfast overpriced, $12.5 for the eggs and bacon and I had to pay $4 for the avo (look at the size) and it supposed to come with sourdough (I got just regular bread), coffee very normal for almost $6. Not recommended at all

The coffee is good, but WOW! The food is horrible!
They really need to assess and look at recipes and or cooks!
Absolutely terrible
