He was happy to take me through several ranges of tools and the real world applications of them. It was fantastic to see service like this still exists. Thanks Graham.
Purchased a new soft cut saw from parafield, broke after 3 days, dropped it back the at the shop, in the shop for 5 weeks for warranty work, no one even bothers to keep you updated, Had to call every week to get told we are waiting for parts story, 3 on the shelf pull the parts off one!
Everyone at this store is fantastic; however, Graham’s genuine interest in my earthmoving business and the tools I’ve acquired (which he somehow manages to memorise!) is exceptional!
Spent $1000 Dewalt for $200 bonus points promotion, but was refused, been told the products I bought are not eligible.
Imogen is knowledgeable and a great help. Trying to rectify a mistake on site that should of been dealt with in our workshop. So I was trying to solve an issue we don't normally deal with. She made it easier by pointing me in the right direction when purchasing what I needed.

Sometimes you get customer service which is over and above what is expected. Today I received that from Graham at the Tool Kit Depot. I appreciate it, and after reading through reviews from other customers, it looks like I'm not the only one!
Went to TKD Parafield for some help on gardening tools. Served by Malakai who was amazingly helpful, knowledge, patient, and took the time to explain to a newbie like me what I asked. All with friendly service at the same time.
Can't recommend enough (especially if you're not a tradie/already knowledgeable) and they've already got my repeat customer for the service alone.

Terrible customer service. 4 staff at the counter and all of them ignored our obvious need of help. We ended up leaving to spend $2500 at another store that had staff who cared.

A bit of a drive from Flagstaff Hill to Parafield as none available localy to pick-up a generator that we had ordered due to the severe weather/storm. Ordered @ 7am. I arrived to pick up because husband was at work, the guy who served me (sorry can not remember his name was fantastic. A warm welcome & smile. Took generator to my car & placed in the boot for me with a goodies bag. Thanks so much for your help very much appreciated & very satisfied customer

These shirts and caps would definitely be a “conversation starter”…. That’s what is printed on the back, I totally agree.
There was also a yellow with 2nd hat in the 3rd photo…. All looked amazing!

Great service from sales rep Maleki. Where others soon distanced themselves as I questioned a product, Maleki was more than happy to assist. Hence, had it not been for Maleki, the store would have lost a $1,100 sale. Three stars to Adelaide Tools and 5 Stars for Maleki.
