Staff ain't too bad either

Lots of tools, need a better wider selection and variety of tools. Eg I want more then 1 30mm socket to choose from, I want 10 differant 30mm sockets to choose from. I have a better variety of 30mm sockets in my tool box. I shouldn't need to go to super cheep auto after been in your store.

With my husband looking at buying a generator. Helpful staff. Good selection of tools for all purposes and prices.

Couldn't praise the staff at Adelaide tools More. I rang up early in the morning to ask if they had a Milwaukee 10 piece kit. Which they did and i asked them to hold as i had to travel 200km from the country. Once i arrived i was made to feel quite welcome and the staff prepared my items at the front desk for when we were ready to leave. In the meantime i had a great conversation with the Milwaukee rep who showed me through the new innovations with their range. The shop it self had a huge range of product to choose from. Also being from the country it was quite easy to locate and their was plenty of parking. I would recommend to anyone looking for some tools to consider Adelaide Tools in Gawler.

I want to share my experience about buying a grinder from Adelaide Tools. I bought a MAKITA grinder for $318 and used it only once and after that there was a problem with the switch. I took the grinder back for repair, they told me it would take a couple of weeks, I called them after three weeks they told me that we were waiting for parts. After that, none of the staff warned me what was going on. CUSTOMER SERVICE (0)
I called them back after 5 weeks, they told me that the (COVID-19) VIRUS was to blame. I had to wait 10 weeks and just today I took the grinder back, when I use the grinder every day for my building needs.

Unfriendly staff. Was rude at me for asking if they can compare the price with another retailer. Wished if i drove to the other retailer than to gawler. Will never purchase another bit from them or recommend them to my mates

Very knowledgeable helpful staff, gave their honest opinions. I got to try the tools. Best service I've received outside of country stores in years. Not sure how the prices compare.

Took our blow vac motor to get fixed as it was cutting out. The staff promptly looked at the problem and I was able to collect it within half an hour for around $30 all up including some fresh fuel. I would highly recommend them for service, honesty and promptness. I will definitely be back.

What a lovely bunch of workers - thanks for making me and my partner feel comfortable in a male dominated store, you were nothing but helpful and honest about your products. I have been a customer of Adelaide Tools Gawler for as long as they have been in Gawler. Approx 8 years. I have found the staff very personable and always willing to go above and beyond for every product that I have requested. I got charged $50 for quote on repair, I accepted the $ 1500, - quote, told them to go ahead, they got back to me saying they couldn't get the parts? !?
So.they couldn't get the parts but they knew what they would cost if they could get them?
Then I could not get my $ 50 quote charge back!
