Did have what I was looking for, Marshalltown float, Makita 40v combi tool or a large concreting trowel.
Went in there on Australia Day as a last min thing to get some safety gear for doing some Reno’s. Daniel was very helpful and walked us to the product. After dealing with other business all day where there was no help from staff it was quite refreshing to have such outstanding customer service.
On Friday bought a product (AEG Torch) and had an issue with it (kept turning off when hot) Ethan and Jess were awesome not only swapping over the product but tested it for the 40min it took for me to get down there to ensure the new one wasn't faulty
Great tool shop. Been going there for 20 years. All they have is brand name quality tools with great friendly staff to match.
Adelaide Tools - St Marys.these guys were fantastic. I recently purchased several major tools for my business. The service was fast and the advice excellent. No nonsense either. Very direct. Recommend using them.
Disappointing to say the least, not willing to cover warranty even after the technician testing showed I did nothing wrong
Easy parking and great service. I have no clue about tools and was helped respectfully with not a hint of "mansplaining".
I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going, but I was really disgusted with the attitude displayed by one of the staff yesterday. Swearing and throwing what could only be described as a child like tantrum right near me as I was being served by another lad. Both myself and the lad serving me were shocked and I was given an apology on behalf of the other staff member but still left a very sour note. I hope it was a one off because it blows my mind that this could be the standard of customer service at your shop.
Vary helpful and understanding there try there vary best to help you even if your not buying anything direct you in the right direction.price vary good and lot lots of new latest tools 10/10

Great experience in finding the right equipment to suit our needs. Both Joe and Imogen went out of their way to help and in a very friendly way. One of the best experiences we have encountered in retail.

Staff were very understanding of a product that was faulty on purchase and was quick to swap over. Been here for years, they do a fantastic job. Thanks to Scotty and Imogen I now have all the Milwaukee tools I need. Great service and product knowledge. Keep the good work up guys

They guys were extremely professional.walked in told them my occupation and what i needed and my budget.got more than what i needed and expected for my budget.highly recommend coming and seeing them, they'll defiantly be able to help you out
The guys here were super helpful. Went in on a Friday afternoon to buy a wheelbarrow but they were out of stock. One of the guys told me he lived near another Adelaide Tools store and would pick up the wheelbarrow from there and bring it with him on Saturday morning, so I went and grabbed it then. Great work, would definitely recommend.
