I ordered a MILWAUKEE Packout kit online, It was delivered the morning of 2nd buisness day, (I'm in the country).
Very happy with the fast delivery.

Ollie is the king! I have just started my own gardening business and Oliver had all the answers (being an avid handyman) to any questions I had. He helped me put everything together. He explained every feature no matter how trivial. He offered help above and beyond any store operator normally would. It is the only place I will shop from here on out.

There is nothing wrong with getting a new tool for yourself. That is a good place to visit with your son.

I've now bought a chainsaw and a whipper snipper from them and each time they've been fantastic with advice and getting me the best price for me. I'll be a regular customer.

Stopped off at TKD Lonsdale this arvo, was served by Rob and Keith. These absolute legends are the real deal! Great product knowledge, and even better chat. They make customer service seem so effortless, you quickly forget you're in a retail shop. Great products, awesome service, top quality staff. Open alk 7 days. Wide range if tools to chose from. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful not to forget they are friendly too. Onsite parking available.

Dodgy, useless, unprofessional.
I went there a few weeks ago to buy a festool palm sander and was talked into buying a metabo which apparently is a better unit.
When I asked if it would fit the vacuum hose on the festool vac I was assured "no problem".
After 3 visits to the store, they cannot find anything to fit. The salesman (can't remember his name so lets call him Pinnochio), pushed the hose into the machine and suggested "what is wrong with that? ". I said it's too loose and kept coming out whilst working with it.
When I said I would go to their competitor store down the road to get some real service, Pinnochio told me to f**k off!
What a great way to run a business.

They didn't have what I needed in store but a team member ordered it in and personally delivered it to me at the job same day. I appreciate this fantastic service and will be coming back here in the future.

Ordered and paid Saturday, They ship it 5 business day later next Friday and no response to email asking why.

Please don't use orewelian double speak. I didn't "have an experience" you shipped an item late. If you actually apologized for that I might of removed the review. PS: You still have my email asking why it was late. Maybe reply to that?

I had spent close to an hour in a competitor's tool shop one aftenoon trying to organise some new equipment for an upcoming project. After about an hour I had lost patience and made a phone call to Adelaide Tools Lonsdale and spoke with Mark (whilst in the competitor's tool shop)

Mark's service was above brilliant, and I had all my equipment delivered to me the next day within 24 hours of the initial phone call. (Over an hour away)

You can't beat organisation and service like that. Absolutely outstanding team. Highly recommend.

Someone has hacked your web site. I can't access it, all I am getting is an invitation to install Magneto, a php POS framework, purchased by Adobe Inc a couple of years ago. The issues are:
1 I already run 2 versions of php on my computer for a number of open source programs and projects I am involved with, I do not want anything to interfere with that. And:
2 I determine what is installed on my computer and I have no interest in anything connected with Adobe.

Guess you've lost a customer.

I always get my tools from Adelaide Tools. They have the best customer service and prices by far. If your in the market for any tools, I can not recommend this store enough.

Purchased a stihl hedge trimmer. So much better than electric. Excellent customer service. Rhanks guys

Prices as marked as usual.
They don't seem to like giving a discount even when they're having a sale.

Worth keeping an eye on as they can often beat competitors pricing and stock levels. Check here before buying elsewhere.

Went there today to complete a special promotion that I'd rung about yesterday. The staff here made it super simple and the follow up was excellent. Shout out to Mark, what a legend! Do yourself a favour and go here first.

These lads are awesome. Great product knowledge, friendly service and always happy to order items they don't have in stock. Highly recommend spending your tool budget here.
