Professor Selva was outstanding. He was extremely kind and compassionate and all of the staff made it a very positive experience. I felt very well
looked after, so a big Thankyou to all of the staff at the Adelaide Skin and Eye Centre.

Been going here for years for my skin acne problems. Normally the doctors are great and reception is willing to help. But I had a less than pleasant experience reccently. Rachael (Receptionist) was very rude over the phone this morning. Had called to arrange an appointment through tele-health even though I'd moved states but wanted to remain a loyal customer. When I called, I met with a very defensive tone and it seemed like answering queries was an effort and a burden. I was willing and understanding to wait the 6 month wait time to see the doctor and happy to obtain a new referral, however it seemed that not having an in date referral was a problem for me to even ask any questions about timing for seeing my usual doctor. I'm not sure sure if this a one off but please treat (repeat) customers a little more politely in future.

$95 for a 30 second consult - absolutely ridiculous. Someone should hold these "specialists" accountable, how can they even justify charging that much for literally looking at ONE MOLE which took less than 30 seconds? !

All staff were very professional, patient in trying times, helpful to those juggling Covid check is, vaccine info etc.the stress must be enormous for them with ever changing rules and regulations.
I had day surgery and cannot family the facility- nurse Sarah was amazing making everyone feel comfortable and tend to their needs as each person came out of surgery. A first class facility with first class doctors and nurses. The coffee machine was a nice surprise after my procedure. Keep up the great work.

I highly recommend Dr Karen Koh. She fixed my chronic skin issue that no other doctors could help me with for months and is a lovely and compassionate person!

From my first visit with Dr Ryan through to my surgery with Dr Wiadrowski for a skin cancer removal everything was conducted in a professional and friendly manner, with an obvious priority for my health. I was kept informed every step of the way. The nurses were very caring, Dr Wiadrowski an excellent surgeon, reception staff were friendly and especially in these testing times of Covid restrictions handle a busy medical centre very well.cant fault any part of the process. I would certainly recommend them.

Can totally understand why others have spoken negatively about the reception staff here. Abrupt, short, snotty and patronising. Not a great way to represent a company as the first point of contact. Needless to say. I'll be going elsewhere.

Dr Karen Koh is an exceptional person and Dermatologist. She treated me many years ago when she was an intern at the Royal Adelaide Hospital when I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma and I followed her to ASEC. Dr Koh has a wonderful bedside manner and great compassion for her patients.

Very impressed with this clinic. Dr Ryan was very professional, explained everything and offered great advice. Front desk staff are always friendly and very efficient.

Mohs surgery today with Prof Huilgol and couldn't be happier. Professional but friendly service from admin, nurses and of course Prof Huilgol herself. I was kept informed throughout and felt complete confidence in the team. Highly recommended.

Very uninterested and less than engaging reception staff combined with doctor who had zero interest in helping me. Worst $190 I've ever wasted.

Had 2 mohrs procedures over 18mths ago and despite coming to grips with visual of initial surgery, results are excellent. Surgeon and support staff were fabulous.

All they care about is taking your money! I'm still getting invoices 6 months after my procedure that cost $2k & was quoted. Then I turned up to my follow up appointment that the doctor organised & turned my away. If you get referred to this clinic, get a second opinion!
