Very bad feeling, their website says you can do STDs test at the same day, and when I get there they tell me I have to make appointment.
The staff didn't let me make an appointment at reception, and asked me to call to make an appointment, can’t believe that.
Patients can wait for doctors over one hour than their appointment time for all sorts of reasons, but doctors in this clinic can not see patients who arrive 15min late due to traffic jam.
100x better than shine clinic. Friendly, discreet, and free healthcare.
Plus they found the cause of issues I’d had since I was a teenager that no GP had ever even considered and it can now be fixed!
This clinic has a really nice team. I met one of the most professional gynecologists out there. She was calm, explained to me all the things she would do. All my anxiety got away from the minute she started talking.
I'm from France and before coming to this clinic I had only had really cold and "brutal" gynecologists. This woman changed my mind and helped me realising brutality was not part of their jobs!

Staffs are friendly and understanding. Everthing is straightforward and the waiting is not long at all.
You'll be waiting hours. While they keep putting people ahead of you that arrive after you. Go to a GP instead
