Great bunch of guys and fantastic result. We have gotten so many compliments on our retaining walls. Thanks Brad who got us on board, Byron who managed the rest of the job and everyone in between.

Very happy with the entire process dealing with ARW, from first phone call to completion. Service and communication was excellent, Tyler and the crew were thorough and efficient, and on budget, explaining the process as the job progressed. Highly recommend.

The sales guy (Brad) was awesome, very helpful, but that's where the good ended. I got the dodgy brothers who decided it would be a good idea to stop the drainage behind the wall before the end and then stick a pipe at the end and call it a day.when the pipe fell out Travis tried to tell me I broke it. They then "fixed" it before I could be there to see how they did without removing the last part of the wall. Very disappointed considering this is ALL they do!

Fantastic work by Adelaide Retaining Walls. Had some retaining and fencing to be done, they did a very good job and delivered on time as initially promised, with a very short time frame. Very good/prompt communication and Con was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service provided by Adelaide Retaining Walls, from consultant Con through to workers Byron (supervisor), Patrick and Blake. Byron was fantastic - flexible and understanding when it came to installing our retaining walls. A bit pricey, but as they say, you pay for what you get, and we got exceptional service.

ARW were fantastic from the first phone call to the completion of our project. Their estimator came out a couple of times to talk through the options around how we could proceed with our project that had complexities from the existing retaining wall needing partial removal, easements, tight access etc, which was great to be able to talk through to ensure what we wanted could be delivered.

And the construction team that were assigned were amazing. They would provide updates through the day, and if they had any queries or I of them, it was easy to talk through to find solutions and progress the job. Kept everything clean and tidy and the final finish was exactly what was discussed and designed at the beginning.

Highly recommend the ARW team for your retaining wall needs!

Adelaide Retaining Walls have just built me some concrete sleeper walls, and I couldn't be happier with the service and finished product! From Gary's helpful assistance with design and project management, Tracy's friendly admin assistance, and Nathan's professional and considerate construction of the walls, everything about this job was handled smoothly, quickly, professionally and to my very high standards! Wall alignment is perfect, and quality of materials used exactly as I required. I was kept fully informed at every stage, and never had the slightest worry that things wouldn't be done right. I thoroughly recommend ARW! I only wish I had more walls to build so I could use them again:)

I would highly recommend. Prompt service on time and although in the end, looks like I may not need a retaining wall they were able to freely meet my needs in a professional friendly manner.

Really disappointed. Contacted to arrange a quote after seeing the good reviews. Had an appointment with Con, be he went to the house a day early because he was in the area and didn't come to the appointment. Said he would send a quote within a couple of days.nothing. Called him after a week and he said "ooo ah um, it's gonna be expensive". I told him it has to be done so please send a quote. Three weeks later still nothing. If it is too hard just say so however when retaining walls is the name of the business I would have though you would have a solution.
I will go somewhere else!

Brad was super helpful in advising what was needed and not needed at my site. He explained everything extremely well. Gave me great confidence I was employing the right company for the job. I was needing retaining done before trenching for my new home build in the Mid North and Adelaide Retaining Walls timed things perfectly for me. Nathan and Tyler were great putting in the retaining. Very professional and polite. Travis sorted some last minute issues for me without hesitation. I was 40 minutes away from site and Adelaide Retaining Walls called me regularly with updates and progress. Couldn't have asked for better. Never received a quote after months of following up via email and over the phone. Was told on numerous occasions to give them a couple more days to finalise the quote - still yet to hear or receive.

Truly fantastic service and I am so very grateful to them. I was organising the fence and retaining wall while overseas. They were very responsive and pragmatic when my neighbour was being challenging and when I needed some recommendations for earth movers they gave me an excellent recommendation. I have recently returned and so far i'm happy with the work I've seen completed. Thank you for all you have done.

We recently had a very large retaining wall installed over 30m long, Adelaide retaining walls were fantastic to work with from design phase to construction.very happy with the end result and will be using again if we ever need

The quoting process was so slow, taking 5 weeks, and delayed us making a decision on who should do the work for our retaining walls. And to top it off the quote we received was ridiculously overpriced compared with local competitors. I would shop around if I were you!

Travis and Darcy have done a fantastic job, installing both sleepers and rocks on my property. They had to deal with a significant slope and restricted spaces; they could have said it was too difficult but they found a way to do the job and do it beautifully. The site was left tidy and clean.
I totally recommend their work.

Had the worst quote experience by this Co. Nearly a year ago now. Got the job done by another company who did a great job. BUT this Co came to have a look and do a quote and spent less than 15mins looking it all over and said "the job is tooo small for us, we have big equipment etc no way we can get it in and honestly it's not worth it to us.the jobs too small"

Nice hey! So much for your ad on TV where it sez "no job too small".

The team Nathan and Troy turned up on day 1 and were Professional and polite from start to finish. Nothing was too much effort, they continually over serviced with suggestions as they progressed through the job. Well done Love our wall.

Service was excellent and really help us in a desperate time. Also couldn't be happier with the job, looks great!
