Matt just left after fixing a leak in our rooftop swimming pool solar heating. He turned up on time and did the job. What more can I ask! I was very happy with the finished job. Matt didn’t try to up-sell me anything- which I really appreciated. Refreshing honesty.

I’ll define use Pool Patrol again.

Good equipment options in the shop but service guy simply didn’t rock up to the confirmed appointment despite multiple txt confirmations. Shame wanted to use a local provider.

Pool Patrol are very very good at there job. This is coupled with professional staff and friendly polite communication. Highly recommended

The guys from Pool Patrol undertook a full renovation of what was a very tired looking pool. All work was completed to a very high standard. Shout out to Taylor for project managing the work, Tyson and Nick for the coping and to Rahim for meticulous tiling. A job very well done, looking forward to many years of enjoyment.

We have used Adelaide Pool Patrol for a couple of years now, our pool is so much cleaner and brighter after they visit and we know we have made the right call for the health of our family using the pool. The customer service is great, give us reminders on services and are only a phone call away when we need any advice on the pool. We couldn't recommend Adelaide Pool Patrol enough!

These guys just completed a full renovation of my 50 year old, 70,000 ltr pool, including full tiling and new equipment. The quality of the tiling was exceptional. Tyson, Nick and Darcy did an incredible job. True artisans. Taylor’s customer service made up for early issues with variations. Lovely people and a beautiful job.

We had the team from Adelaide Pool Patrol repair our pool heater and filter. They were very efficient - would highly recommend!

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Taken our spa pump for over 2 weeks and no response tired calling on numerous occasions to get nothing but a standard we will look into it and call you back. Then told us technician is booked in and to stay home again on two occasions and failed to show up or return our calls. Will never use or recommend Pool Patrol to anybody

Had our pool tiled as the rendering was very badly pitted. Tyson and Nick did a great, very professional job. Pool looks great now. Also Harry was very helpful with quotes and during handover.

Absolutely poor service. Took our pump never returned calls. Every time called they said someone would call back. Never did. Technician booked in after a week of trying to call waited all day and no one came out. This happened twice. Forced to go into shop to talk to someone only to get a poor excuse of we were too busy, no apology. Put the pump on the floor and made me pick it up and carry out to car which was extremely hard for me, no way to treat a female. Will never use or recommend this company. This is also happened to other customers beware of using them

Top class outfit. Adelaide Pool Patrol completed a full pool renovation for me comprising of tiling including mosaic, filtration system including heater and illuminated laminar jets installation Throughout the contract Adelaide Pool Patrol were responsive, courteous, hardworking and they delivered the work to a extremely high standard. It was great to see hardworking tradesman taking real pride in the work they were undertaking. Harry was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would have no hesitation recommending this company to anybody.

I had them booked in for a quote for repairs to the steps on my pool i phoned the day before they were due.to confirm that all was good as i needed to take the day off to be on site. After waiting all day for them to arrive i finally phoned. They tried to tell me that they have no booking for that day and i need to book another day. Meaning another day off.they also said that they had the wrong phone number and couldn't phone. Again not true as they had all my details from a previous job. I would not recommend this company

Cameron was quite professional and gave us some good tips that we didn’t know about our pool and equipment.

Adelaide Pool Patrol replaced the top row of the pool tiling with a contrasting tile as they were unable to match the existing tile work. Many of the existing tiles in that row had fallen off. It now looks fabulous and better than before. It was painstaking work undertaken at a reasonable cost. They cleaned up afterwards. Great job all round. It’s a great company that has looked after our pools over many years.
