Adelaide Oval Functions & Events

A wonderful place to hang on while visiting the Adelaide CBD area, full of shopping and joyful activities all round. The oval area itself is a treat to sight with large gardens and in-house snacks and other shops which provide a good deal of comfort to the visitors.

Recently attended a work conference here. Loved the view from the John Halbert room and the Mexican food/station.

The Adelaide Oval functions team are always friendly and helpful when we are enquiring about function spaces for our TOOP+TOOP conferences and events. The team are also a great support in addition to the event managers at Gala Ball’s that are held at the Oval when our Corporate Auctioneers have been asked to help with the Charity Auction. AV with multiple people on stage is never easy and the team do a great job under pressure like that. Thanks guys!

Very good. The beverage and food service is of great quality and very well executed. The acoustic is top notch and the facilities are well maintained.

My wife and I had a lovely day at the Oval watching the Redbacks v Tigers Sheffeild Cup cricket test.the gate bar food and venue staff customer service was exemplary. Thanks so much

Iconic stadium. Should be on any sports lovers bucket list. It doesn't matter what sport you're into, when teams run out onto this hallowed turf it makes the hair on the back of your neck stand up.

The locker room experience was amazing. Staff are attentive & lovely. Food kept coming. & drinks Not the 1st time I've been there, won't be the last RECOMMEND

We stayed in the Brand New Accommodation and was greeted with a Free Glass of Champagne on arrival in reception area.wonderful room.

Disabled access is excellent. Seating is comfortable, stadium looks great. Food way overpriced. Bring your own.

Our Oval is the best in Australia of that I'm sure. Getting in was controlled but quick. Security staff were firm, polite and quick which is what we want. Ticket checks to seats were necessary and again, quick.
Seats are great, our location fantastic and facilities excellent.

The most beautiful football and cricket ground in southern hemisphere, great architecture design it is in the heart of adelaide, easy access to trundle small, Adelaide zoo, museum, library, Victoria square, central post office and central market if you come inside you will be amaze by the lay out you are most welcome to try the walk on the roof.

Adelaide Oval is impressive to say the least.
Whether you're attending a sports match or a concert you will be assured an enjoyable event. Adelaide Oval know how to run events and they do it with style and panache.
Most events are serviced by free bus services. Your bus will drop you off close by in King William street which will become a bus interchange for the event. Afterwards your bus will be waiting in the same spot to take you home. Fantastic service
If you must take your car in there is plenty of parking behind the oval and $20 will cover the cost of that.
Security is strict and your bags will be checked on the way in you could even be stopped and metal detected.
Seating is easy to find everything is very clearly sign posted.
Food and drinks are available but pricey and there is a card system so you may want to enquire about that.
There is also a rooftop climb bookings essential.
Whatever you go there for you will have a great time.

Great Oval, great atmosphere, loving getting down to the oval. Beer and food is expensive however
