Great medical facility, lovely counter staff, who always do their best to assist patients. My family is blessed to receive medical care from Dr Vinci, for over 40 years, in my humble opinion he is a very compassionate doctor, with a lot of knowledge who truly cares about his patients

After so very many negative comments posted over last few years, you'd think they'd bother reading them & doing something about it.they only bother to answer comments that suit them.

Dr Vaska is the doctor for Edenfield nursing home in Parafield Gardens. If I report an issue with a resident on Friday it will be at least a week on the following Thursday before the doctor sees the person concerned. Now I don't know if this is the fault of the doctor or the nursing home but the nursing home really shouldn't be using a doctor that has to travel from Woodville to Parafield Gardens. Resident should be able to see a doctor within 48 hours at the most. I have resorted to taking the person to her regular GP who can see her within 48hrs easily.

Waiting time here is too long. Today itself i have to wait 1.15 minutes for a doctor. Others days 40min.

One of the receptionists is lovely, but the other is so rude I couldn't get her to help me with a standard issue.

Dr Ara is unfortunately a bit judgemental and frustrating. I've had a few appointments with her and hoped she would warm up but.no. She's often available, and I think that's because her bedside manner turns people off. Every other doctor seems to have a wait list of a week at minimum.

I honestly won't go here again. I've been looking for a new doctors but this is not it.

Worst doctors I’ve ever been to. The reception staff are always rude and unhelpful. The doctors are always late and you’re waiting hours for your appt with no explanation besides “the doctor is behind” well if the doctor is always behind, maybe your appt times aren’t long enough. I regardless of what time I book for in the day, I’m waiting guaranteed 45mins - 2.5 hours over for my appointment. If you want friendly staff and helpful doctors that respect your time - find another doctors clinic because you’re wasting your time here.
I literally went to a doctor here about an issue and she told me she couldn’t help because of her religion and they STILL MADE ME PAY for my appointment.

1st time I went, they couldn't find the appointment I booked 2 hours earlier.
2nd time, they called ME to say I had to come back in for ultrasound results. I attend, they have no results to be found. They attempt my blood pressure, machine is not connected.
I offer tosupply my own U/sound report, but doctor doesn't know their own email address.
I ask reception, why did you call me in to discuss a report you don't have. Oh, we are just doing what we're instructed to. I told the Dr I have a concession card, Then they want charge me a gap! Really!
Their care factor was zero.
I was stressed for days about being called back.
Not impressed!

They always calls your name 30 to 1 hour late. If the doctors are that busy dont give us that time people have other things to do. I have been waiting for 1 hour every time for the doctor to call my name, its ridiculous.

Dr vaska is awesome he my doctor, and also very caring nursing home doctor as I would know being a nurse on duty when he arrives.

One of the male doctors has refused to see my grandchild on the grounds that he is not vaccinated against covid. His mother is vaccinated.
I personally saw the same doctor, who spent more time researching side effects of a drug I'm reluctant to take, than engaging with me. I left without answers to my queries.

Online website and software for booking appointments is completely useless. Been in the waiting room for an hour and a half. Bother we've online booking.

No matter WHAT time you booked your appointment you ALWAYS wait for a doctor. From minimum 20 mins to 1 hour. That’s terrible!

Generally this Practice is great but some receptionists are grumpy/gruff/abrupt bordering on rude.

This is not at all helpful when you're unwell and need assistance.

Wish the government close that place down.
Asking them to help with my medical reports, for more than a month straight sht ain’t happening.
In my opinion “even if your about to die, don’t go there”

No wonder my mum in law doesn't want to go back.no one wants to wait do long, l.lov my doctor's premises

This place is garbage. Do not recommend at all.
Book an appointment you wait an hour over.
Rude staff and also discriminate with some docs choosing not to see unvaccinated or single vaxx people.
Trash.

I can not believe that disability parking is charged! I pay for my disability card. This is totally not acceptable. As an extra kick in the pants the pay machines take only $1 and $2 coins. I had every other coin but those on me.then to take an extra low punch.if you pay by card it is a minimum of $3 seriously. I can get parking for free and at worse $2 in the city.

Up note Dr Foreman is awesome.

If I could give it no stars I would. Older woman at the front desk is awful and unhelpful. Dr Ara is blunt, judgmental and also unhelpful. Gave me two vague but vastly different diagnosis before saying to call back for results and to start medication I might not even need. Didn’t address my pain at all. Going for a second opinion somewhere else.

Had an appointment at 11: 45. Waited past 12: 30 to get in. Seems people are jumping in with other issues. No one acknowledged the waiting time had been extended, due to ….
Had to approach receptions was then told dr running late. Then to make matters worse allegedly another patient ahead of me.
It’s interesting how that many doctors are in the centre yet so many late appointments.
Either overbooking is occurring or the team here is not balancing workload.
