Adelaide Independent Taxis

Driver fully looks me up and down in my work clothes and says "you've definitely got money" then proceeds to tell me to get another cab when I assure him I have.

Ended up getting an uber, no wonder no one uses these rude, filthy things anymore.

Dont ever use this company. Got totally ripped off, driver deliberately went long way around. Overcharged by at least $20. And I've got taxis at same time of day before, never been charged as much

Extremely unreliable service. I booked a taxi to pick Mel up in North Adelaide and I waited for 4.5 hours and no taxi turned up. I rang them 6 ttimes to see what is happening still no taxi. Ddo I thought stuff them ii'll walk to a bus stop 3 kilometres away to go home.

I have had some terrible experiences with Independent. Dirty Taxis and attempting to take you the long way but this morning (Adelaide Airport to Hove) Mahammed Taxi 2062 was fantastic easily the cleanest taxi my wife and I have been in for many years. Great driver and even though English was his secong language his communication skills were excellent. Restored a bit of my faith in Company but I would like to ask for him every time regards Paul & Valerie Hove SA

This company rips of NDIS participants and commits fraud with ndis accounts and has been reported to the Australian Federal Police

Just called to book cab, this lady on other side answered the phone and was so rude like I am asking for free ride.
Company should provide their staff more customer service skills.what an idiot lady.god bless you

Worst drivers in the world. You need to check some of your drivers for reckless driving and speeding when there's no one watching.

Attempted to book a taxi to get my 7 year old autistic daughter to school and because it wasn't far enough for them we had to walk will be ubering from now on the taxi industry has gone to the dogs

Booked a taxi and received a message saying taxi number 2237 will be there shortly when the driver arrived he refused to take the job and wanted to pickup a customer waiting for suburban taxi's

Poor service, booked a cab that didn't identify himself (Samir) and he took another fare. Had to wait for another 15 minutes for an unreserved maxi cab. Poor communication and service.

Ordered a taxi online the day before to be at the house at 7: 50am. Although booking was confirmed, no one came whatsoever and there was no way to track the taxi so see if it's coming. There was no time to call up and ask for another taxi and so had to find a last minute way to get to the place. Will never rely on this service.

Just had the worst drive from the airport to home. Asked a simple question about the charges and got my head bitten off. Driver drove off swearing at me. Never again. If I could give a zero star review I would. The final $ amount definitely didn’t match the lack of service.

Be careful when driver is INDIAN guy, I saw it's was 35 dollars from Adelaide airport to arndale shopping central but driver Indian took me 71 dollars by credit card, make sure you checked price before left

This is probably the worst driver company I have ever ridden with was quoted for a ride of $155 to our destination and return home, ended up paying $416! Not only that but the vehicle stunk of smoke. Contacted the company and the operator saw nothing wrong with it? I will never be going through this company again. Straight robbery.

Amazing service, left a bag in rear of taxi, they went out of their way to get it back to me, highly appreciated! Honest friendly driver.

My Husband and I caught an Adelaide Independant Taxi home from my husband's work Christmas show on Sat 3rd December. Unfortunately I left my wallet in the taxi and (again) Unfortunately I didn't realize until 8am Mon 5th Dec.
The team at Adelaide Independant Taxi's took my concern seriously and were so sincere in wanting to help. I can not express how impressed I am with the level of service I received from this company.

Thank you Adelaide Independant Taxis for being incredible human beings. We, as a family will only use you service in the future.

First booking never showed up. Was replaced promptly with another driver but text details, name and number, were different

Don’t ever book with these clowns. Booked a maxi taxi 3 weeks ago and on the day of booking no car allocated. Boxing Day 4am

The driver was smelly. We asked to go to Adelaide Oval Southern entrance and he dropped us off about 400 meters from what turned out to be the Northern entrance. The fare was also $3 more than the return trip.

THIS IS THE WORST TAXI COMPANY IN THE WORLD! I MADE A BOOKING FOR MY MUM AND MY SON AND THEY LEFT THEM WAITING FOR 40 MINS ON THE STREET. NEVER CALL THEM AND THE CALL CENTER IS VERY RUDE
