9Drivers don't show up on time (up to 30 minutes late). Takes over 45 minutes to make a booking via telephone. Very poor service. Not worth the premium price.
Excellent service. Re confirmed all bookings immediately on request. Punctual and great drivers. Could not fault.
My dad booked to be picked up last year to be taken to the airport to fly interstate around 5am
The driver never showed. He rang them and they said they never processed the booking. Shocking service. They promised a complimentary pickup today at 7am to go to the airport to fly interstate and again the driver never showed. He rang and they got the pickup time wrong. OMG how bad are they!
After choosing Adelaide impressions over an Uber black to transport my wife to our intimate wedding ceremony, the driver refused to slow it down when they were running ahead of schedule and kicked her out of the car 20 minutes prior to the ceremony, with nowhere to go before the event started. The driver also didn’t open the door for her elderly grandmother.
Very unprofessional & just terrible service for a company that should have a great deal of experience in these events.
Great service, booking was taken 3 weeks out from our wedding because another company cancelled on us. Cheapest quote we found and were prompt, professional and our driver Steve was the best! Couldn't have asked for better.

Always punctual very friendly and professional. I feel safe. Don't get why it cost more for a tarago than a lovely sedan. I just want room fo my luggage without the huge cost
