So far, not so good. Since early December 2022, I have left messages and sent emails regarding services to suit my needs, but nobody has responded.
Not a great start for any business, or me

Wow… What a brilliant experience.
I’ve just had 2 total knee replacements 3 weeks apart! I’ve been committed to 3 times daily physio directed exercises on a bed and in a chair as part of my recovery, and this has delivered great results. However, adding hydrotherapy has been a stunning addition to my recovery. The facilities and environment at the Welland centre are absolutely first class, complimented by the friendly and helpful staff.
The difference that hydrotherapy has bought has been life changing for me, my knee flexibility and comfort has improved significantly after just a couple of visits, and the ability to do so much more physical training in a weight free zone has provided the best nights sleep since my procedure. I still do my home excises, my agility and ability to do this has been complemented by the addition of the hydrotherapy, and it’s a great pleasure, not a chore. 12° outside at 6am and 34° in the pool, what’s not to love, hardest decision is when to get out!
Adelaide Hydrotherapy has been a significant part of my recovery, congratulations and thank you for providing this wonderful service…

I have visited a couple of different places after multi fracturing: hip, femur, pelvis and 2 ribs, and nothing like Adelaide Hydrotherapy to heal. I highly recommend it.

With new, nice, clean, comfortable, well organized and maintained installations.
You will find the equipment necessary for every need. The temperature is perfect, in & out of the water.
And the most important thing their team is amazing, great professionals with much appreciated empathy, all of them. Always teaching, supporting, helping and/or encouraging every time, to motivate you, to enjoy it and to improve.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Adelaide Hydrotherapy. I couldn’t have done it without you.

Just started to go to the pool for hydrotherapy for the last two weeks. The heated pool and the friendly staff are amazing. So relaxing and wonderful to be able to exercise my pains away. Very happy and feeling better, getting so addicted, have turned into a regular.

So pleased to have found this excellent facility. Rob and the team, Erin especially, are friendly, welcoming & very empathetic. My husband experienced a severe stroke a couple of years ago and is showing some positive outcomes as a result of his time spent at the pool which is a gloriously constant 34 degrees. My Mum & friends enjoy Jodie’s bubbly personality whilst exercising in her aqua fit classes and the swimming instructors are fantastic with the children learning to swim. The facility employs a Physio & Exercise physiologist which is great for anyone requiring strength conditioning or hydro rehabilitation. Highly recommend this facility to anyone with a disability & who enjoys exercising to upbeat background music

Adelaide Hydrotherapy Centre what an awesome place. The pools heated and always at the right temperature. The showers, toilets and change rooms are assessable and easy to get into. The centre is wheelchair and gopher friendly. If you are looking for a place in Adelaide to do hydrotherapy go to the best you won't be disappointed. Our children have recently begun swimming lessons at Adelaide Hydrotherapy, the teachers have been amazing with them and we feel that both children are learning huge amounts each lesson. We particularly like the instructors' ability to continually engage a 4 year old! Class sizes are also VERY small which is hugely beneficial.

I wish to congratulate Rob & all the wonderful staff at Adelaide Hydrotherapy. They have achieved a wonderful facility which Adelaide has been in need of for many years. It is pleasing to attend a dedicated hydro pool set at 34 deg, with all facilities & equipment in place to cater for everyone's needs. The staff greet everyone with a warm smile & make all feel part of the the Hydro family. Well done Adelaide Hydrotherapy.

Adelaide Hydrotherapy is a game changer! The new facilities are clean and warm and feel bright and fresh. The pool temperature sits around 34 degrees; far warmer than any other pool I tried. This is really important when doing rehab following an injury or post surgery. The warm water feels wonderful but also helps relax sore muscles, aches and pains. The showers are hot and the change rooms and bathrooms are kept spotless. No wet slippery floors to worry about. Jody, who runs the classes is wonderful. She keeps her eye on everybody and reminds them to work at their own pace and be mindful of their limitations. She is constantly educating so you understand what you are doing and why. You can see everyone’s confidence growing as their strength and mobility increases. All the staff you come in contact with are welcoming and encouraging. Suddenly it is fun to exercise and you won’t want to miss a single class!

We have recently started the aqua bubs swim classes with Vanessa at the beautiful new hydrotherapy pool. From the moment you walk through the doors, you know that you’re going to love it here. Firstly the staff are amazing. Carol at the front desk always greets you with a big smile and you instantly feel welcome! The venue is top class with automatic swipes to get into the pool area. It’s so clean and also peaceful. My 9 month old Oliver absolutely loves the classes. Vanessa is such a lovely, caring, fun and patient teacher. We absolutely love our weekly lessons at Adelaide Hydrotherapy, if you are looking to start swimming lesson for your child, I can’t recommend the pool and the team at Adelaide Hydrotherapy enough! Thanks so much team! Addie and Oliver Milne ️

I love this place! I have been attending the Adelaide Hydrotherapy pool daily since it opened in July 2020 for pain management and movement. With the water at a consistent therapeutic temperature and the graduated pool depth I am able to do a full range of exercises provided to me by my physio.
I left my position of employment in 2019 because I couldn't manage my pain but I am delighted to say since the pool has been opening at 0600 I have begun helping a friend in her framing shop 3 days a week where I am on my feet all day. Who said 2020 is a bad year! (just kidding)
Thanks Rob and the team for this amazing 5 star facility and thank you Phil (physio) for assisting me to create my new normal.

Good afternoon
I go to the pool for pain management for my back. I find the pool is definitely the most COVID safe environment. I have been going since August and it has always been beneficial to me for pain, increase muscle strength and always feel great after. Thank you to all the staff who always makes me welcome. Thanks to Jody my instructor for making the sessions fun enjoyable and organises them to individual levels.

Kind regards Jackie
