I would highly recommend Adelaide Hills Storage for all your storage needs whether it be long term or short term, or car and caravan. We had a storage unit for 3 years at the Totness Road site and we couldn't of had a better experience. The moving in process was seamless as well as the moving out process. I felt scared at the beginning leaving all of my belongings here but the site is super secure and cameras everywhere! I remember once I was onsite late at night doing some moving around in my unit and when I went to leave, time had gotten away and I was locked in after the curfew. I called the after hours number and I was guided on how to exit without anyone even needing to come out to help me. I felt so bad! Although it was good to finally have my belongings back, I was sad to leave all the friendly faces that have helped me over the years.

The friendly and helpful girls who welcome you as you walk through the front door give the first clue that you chose the best storage facility!
From my brief description of how much I had to store, they were right on!
Add to that the convenience of the central location, I have been happy to recommend them to family and friends who have agreed that we all chose well.

The staff at Adelaide Hills Storage are very friendly and helpful. Storage lockers are well presented and secure with easy access. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Maybe it’s me but I always find self-storage outfits depressing and creepy. Adelaide Hills Storage is a breath of fresh air. No Ill-lit corridors or clunky snail- paced lifts: everything is clean, well maintained and easy to access. Combined with an all female team of competent, friendly and straightforward staff, what’s not to love? Highly recommended

From the first contact until the last, all the people I dealt with were prompt, helpful, personable…. Nothing was a problem …. And they accommodated the changes to my plans with grace. A great bunch of women!
The facilities are clean, tidy and well thought out, they have all types of storage available and can book other services for you …. A removalist service (that I used, and would also recommend!), a truck to ‘self move’……and their pricing is good!

Stored my whole world into a shipping container for few months. The staff were amazing.facility was perfect.always kept in touch.organised a removalist who might I add was wonderful too.
