Adelaide Hills Beef

I purchased a ham at Christmas, and I have never had such a lovely ham before, it was so tasty, I always bought my hams from supermarket before, but from now on I will be buying them from here.

Bought from here in the past and was happy with the service and quality, however bought some schnitzels today and they are literally half the size of a saucer, really

I can't express what a disappointment this place is with customer service with one person, she brings the whole place down. Me and my partner have been questioned for our selection, asked if we can afford it when wanting to buy the best cuts and walked off on while this server acts like customers are not important. We work in highly skilled areas and get enough stress. You don't need this in your employees when shopping for some great choices. It's a pity you continue to let customer service go without notice. As a ex Chef I will say the front of house is disgusting. Such a same too as I don't mind spending a bit, but not for that rude older server.

Everything I've purchased here I've absolutely enjoyed with no faults. I get my stuff here when I want to treat myself or family and a treat it indeed is, every time.

They are currently selling jerky which is one of two of all jerky ive ever tried that is incredible. Nothing like the stuff you get at Coles or Woolies

I find it a extremely unprofessional when you're looking through meat to buy and instead of simply going "sorry we're closing now" you tell another employee to turn the lights off on me without any acknowledgement or anything said towards me.

You've lost me as a regular customer. If you don't have 10 seconds to waste on customer or simply speaking to them like a person. Ill just buy from Woolworths instead of supporting a local.

Was here a week ago to order the $100 BBQ meat pack could not have been more happy with the service I got and the quality of the meat was spot on will definitely be going back thank you

I bought half a kg of smoked regular sausages, i did not expect the greatest sausage i had ever eaten, must try!

I purchased a Rolled a Beef roast from here to cook for my family. The guy made it up for me on the spot! Paid a fair amount for it but couldnt fault it. Great quality beef. Very tender lovely tasting and got 6 big meals out of it could had spread it further. Also purchased chicken steaks which were lovely also. Friendly staff. Thankyou will be back when in adelaide next.

Paid nearly 150 dollars for a christmas ham and went to slice it yesterday only to be extremely disappointed to the point that it was so dry that it was inedible. No christmas ham for us.

Update is owner has contacted me and will replace my ham. Was very quick in responding and resolving the issue for me. Thankyou.

Some of our student called up to speak about a clean-up they are organising which involves them cleaning up the Little Para River. Year 5 student's called up to inform the butcher about the fundraiser to see whether or not they would be interested in donating or the possibility of a discount, as the students are putting on a sausage sizzle for all the volunteers. Before being given the chance to speak they were told that "no one cares" about the pollution and "Don't call back". This is extremely disappointing as many of our student's parents, as well as staff at our school, shop here regularly. This will not be happening.

I have purchased quite a few products from here and i have not once been disappointed. Very friendly, clean and helpful staff make shopping here a really good experience. I highly recommend giving them a go if you have not tried any of their product. Some pics i've added: Brisket and then in the burger after cooking, Beef Shorties and with a home made salad.
