Great experience here. Friendly receptionist and great doctors. No problem getting an appointment

We were anxious when our GP of over 30 years retired in June this year that we would get another GP as knowledgeable and caring but we did. Dr Malcolm Lee is an amazing GP he is thorough and very caring he goes over and above for his patients he shows empathy takes the time he needs to explain things to his patients we feel that we are looked after really well and over the worry of finding a good GP and Dr Lee is a credit to the Practice.

Great doctors; but the reception staff have been directly unhelpful and even almost confrontational more than once. I'll continue going to the practice because of the medical staff but if not for them, I would skip it.

Has gone downhill massively. After more than a decade of coming here I will not be back. The “doctor” I saw last told me she couldn’t help me with my issue because she “isn’t a senior GP” and said I would need to book another appointment with a senior GP.

But of course there were no appointments available with any of the senior GPs that day, so I was told I would have to come back another day.

Instead, I went straight to a different clinic and saw a real GP that day. Won’t be back to Adelaide Health Care.

This lesser status of this “doctor” should be made clear when booking appointments. Paying patients need to be made aware that some of the GPs are limited in what they can do. She seemed to be a glorified nurse, and even googled my issue in front of me because clearly it was beyond her incredibly basic skill set.

Avoid this once great clinic.

I've been a patient for many years and Adelaide Health Care is the most involved and extensive medical centre I've experienced.

I'm finding this medical centre has deteriorated over time. Followup is not the best and they have a whole range of policies that work against patients finding out results promptly (and therefore prolonging their anxiety). The support staff promise the GPs will get back to you but you need to keep ringing them all the time. They also mucked my referral up.

I've seen Dr Brewerton several times and have been very happy with every visit. His professionalism and extensive knowledge has been very comforting when dealing with medical issues.

This clinic is not taking on new patients despite all information online saying they welcome new patients. The receptionist was extremely rude over the phone and spoke to me as if I should have known this information. Don't bother with this place.
