I noticed a problem with some wood I purchased through a local petrol station, bagged as Adelaide Firewood Depot hardwood.
The wood was collected and checked confirming there was an issue which could then be tracked back through their supply chain.
The bad wood was replaced and checked out fine.
Very happy with the professional follow up service by Mark and Richard.

Bought a few bags of kindling. All of them have been stored by me inside our firewood storage the entire time. Opened them all and they are all soggy wet. Won’t be buying again.
