Traveling around Australia in our camper we needed to get eye checks for pressure and dry eyes as we do regularly back home every three months. Made appointments here on the recommendation of our Optometrist back in Sydney. Probably due to poor communication we were charged more than we were quoted for tests we had not requested. But the Director Rene stepped in and agreed to refund the extra charges admitting to some issues with the front office and an apology. He also gave me a detailed further analysis of the tests undertaken which was appreciated as I couldn't see him as he wasn't taking new patients. It is great when a business acknowledges issues and corrects them. We therefore commend Adelaide Eye Care for the actions taken to remedy the issues we had to our entire satisfaction. They are a professional organization and we would highly recommend their services too.

Excellent service. All my tests were very well explained. Spectacles were ready for me within the time quoted. Highly recommended.

I went here for a check up once and they said my medicare card was not functioning on their system. So I paid the total cost which was expensive. Went to the doctors the next week and medicare card was working fine.
