8We engaged Adelaide Delivery Services, to assist with pick up of furniture item and same day delivery, and they were brilliant. Super helpful, and sent a tracker, which showed their delivery route for the day. They also sent via sms a 3 hour pick up window and 3 hour delivery window in the morning, and then called 15 mins in advance of pick up and again prior to delivery. Well priced and easy to deal with, I would recommend and would use again.
Cheap and nasty delivery service. I recently had a table delivered to my house by Adelaide Delivery Services and my floorboards were damaged. I was offered no compensation and the boss Adrian was completely unapologetic and had no interest. Steer clear and avoid at all costs
Both Stephen and Mick were totally awesome!
I had a very tricky delivery of 2 x lounge suits which were so awkward to get up a flight of stairs, both Stephen and Mick thought outside the square to come up with a timely solution.
Their communication and professionalism went above and beyond.
Will recommend ADS to future clients.

Job was done within 2 hours from the phone call. Quick, professional and happy to do it on short notice.
Very poor service. Item delivery window between 10 and 1. Rang at 1: 30 as no item or calls. Was advised they had been held up and should be there in an hour or so.
Could not care any less. I have lost my only day off waiting for a delivery.
Just some advice. A simple phone call to advise you are running late goes along way and isn’t that hard to do
I hired ADS for a basic move, the day seemed to progress fine. Some floorboards were damaged however and after going through their policy, ADS agreed to have them repaired. After a multitude of phone calls and emails, they stopped responding and now the matter is almost at the point of litigation. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are happy to be out of pocket for repairs and left frustrated with the incompetency of the administrative staff at all levels.
Didn't use the service due to a few issues however when those issues were discovered by management they called me to rectify the problem. I really appreciate the follow up.
