City Holden 100k km service. Sabotage! Decided to service car myself at 110k km and found oil filter put in wrong way. No filtering of oil for 10K km! See photo of "squashed filter" and bent locating tabs, would of been alot of resistance to tighten, surely realise it's in the wrong way, just force it on! A simple oversight? Will never return, be warned.
Jeep service and repair workshop attached to the car sales yard. I have my Grand Cherokee serviced there. Very friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.
There are some awesome cars here I would love to purchase the Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat, a walk through this place is well recommended.

Should be called Adelaide city creeps, they were unethical, rude and the worst experience I have ever encountered when trying to purchase a $45000 car. I am sure you will try to blame anyone and anything rather then admit to the fact that you we're in the wrong
Update 27/03/2019 the service centre team was kind enough to waive the inspection charge. I am pleased with their response.

Booked in Holden Captiva 7LX for a service and to investigate clicking noise when turning wheel. Vehicle is on an after market extended warranty. Adelaide City Jeep "found RHF strut mount bearing collapsed. Replaced 1 year ago" and referred me to a Holden dealer for repairs under warranty. All this is written on the tax invoice. Took the vehicle to City Holden Mile End who said it was a workmanship issue and not warranty, offered me a choice either close up the car and take it back to Adelaide City Jeep or get it fixed by Holden and then take it up the matter with Adelaide City Jeep. I chose the first option and paid $295 to City Holden, job done and shown photos of inferior work by Adelaide City Jeep. Now Adelaide City Jeep won't entertain my complaint, asking why did I take the car to Holden, when it was they who directed me to Holden in the first place. Paying the price for taking bad advice. Not happy Adelaide City Jeep Mile End.
Installed my gearbox with no locating dowels causing major damage to my ring gear and broke my diff the response was not our problem very strange customer service

I am very happy with the service Metro Auto provided. Sully was very helpful throughout the process of buying my car and offered extra assistance when needed.
Absolute shonky dealers. Selling point was the warranty started from the day of purchase however this was a blatant lie, they then denied they ever said it. Do not trust these sharks. Go somewhere else with your hard earned money as these guys are like most other dealers, sell you a car and when you need them for warranty your on your own. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS
All staff have been extremely helpful and honest. No pushy tactics, and always answer any questions. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new car.
Liars and cheats. They ripped off my brother in law and my sister regarding an issue with a key for a Holden Vectra. We are in the process of sorting it out. We will alter this review when the issue is resolved.
Waste of time and rude manager.
Went in to test drive a used vehicle and was told by the sales assistant that the manager said no test drives. When asked why he replied "we want to keep the kms down".
Good luck selling cars if a customer can't even test drive them!
Got my car serviced at Metro and the service staff were nothing but helpful and friendly, thanks to Craig and all the team for make my experience nothing but pleasurable.
Just had my first free car wash, don't waste your time, it you're going to offer a free car washing service on new car sales don't do a half-ass job of it!
I bought my car brand new from Metro and and the team has always been extremely friendly and helpful from when I bought it to when I have returned for services. Hope to buy another car from Metro in the future!
I had my car serviced there two weeks ago and am still waiting to hear back regarding the service charge which was very different from the $149 service offered on their website. I will never be going there again and will warn everyone against them. Hopefully at some point my request for a call back will be followed up.
