Went to look a car and were pleasingly surprised by the salesperson (James) who didn't hound us. What ever we needed he did. There was a car at another car lot we preferred but James was refreshing in his sales that we choose to deal with you guys. Victoria was awesome after the sale and have told all our friends that if you want a car go to these guys.

The staff were extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable to make the right decision that was best for me. They also helped me understand little things I didn't understand about cars so they were really helpful.

Do not buy a car from Adelaide City Jeep. They sold me a used VW Tiguan that broke down on the way home from the car yard with a major gear fault and had to be towed back to the dealer. The ad was put straight back up with the car for sale the day I returned it. Please be warned of this dealer.

I'm used to be a happy customer with them. However, my last visit is disaster. I purchased intergrity warranty from them, they serviced my car in July 2022, and found the lifter may need to be changed. I called them 1 week ago before coming, and told them the exact issue since last visit. They checked records, but they did not contact the warranty provider in advance. When I came on 28th Dec, 2022, they just asked me to leave the car for 5 hours. Within these 5 hours, I did not receive any calls from them. I thought the car might be repaired, so I went there directly and saw my car parked outside. After talking with them, they said they sent the email to confirm with the warranty provider whether my repair is covered. At that time, I still thought they repaired my car and just wait for the approval from the provider. I'm surprised that they called me 1 week later, and told me the repair will not be covered by the warranty. Then I realized they did not repair my car at all. They can communicate with the warranty provider in advance when I make appointment, they have all my service records and what parts need to be replaced. Why they communicate with the warranty provider when I came, and waste my whole day without doing anything? Also, they even did not contact the warranty provider and confirm the reason why it's rejected. No explain, no communication, very, very very disappointed.if anyone see the review, and purchase the intergrity warranty, it's better for yourself to call them directly and asking for the authorised repairer. Otherwise, just waste your time at Jeep Adelaide City.

3 services and car towed back to Adelaide city jeep 3 times. 4th service yesterday and car will need to be towed back again.would rate you no stars if able

Long story short, I needed 2 new tyres on front of used Grand Cherokee I purchased. Service dept agreed but told by sales manager they made no money in the deal so weren't going to do it. Offered me a $100 fuel card instead. My wife and I now both have a Jeep so they've lost us as a repeat business customer for sales and service. I've also had a work colleague not buy a Haval from there due to my experience.

I dealt with James who was very professional, polite, respectful and a pleasure to deal with. He wasn’t pushy and was patient and understanding. There tends to be a lot of cowboys in this industry who know little about customer care and it was a delight dealing with a young gentleman. James I wish you well in your career.

What a difference! Complete opposite to the last ACJ. The new franchise staff are helpful and friendly. They also have a 2018 update for uConnect and Australian maps (2016) for my Grand Cherokee. It was still running 2012 maps (old ACJ never had any map updates in over 4 years, even after asking repeatedly). Menu and maps completely updated. Software updates for trans and engine applied. Runs better than new! Highly recommended. Service Manager explained map & uConnect updates.
