Adelaide Chocolate School reviews
6I did the Belgian chocolate truffles class today and had a blast. We went through how to create ganache and then coat it with chocolate that we tempered ourselves. Anna was super helpful and friendly. The class is very hands-on and you don't need to bring anything with you. I ended up making and taking home 18 truffles in bags provided by Anna. There were 12 people in our class and we were divided into 3 tables of 4.
Anna was very welcoming and accommodating of our group. Everyone had such a great time! Definitely recommend
We had our 10yo daughters birthday party at Adelaide Chocolate School. All the kids really enjoyed it & I received a lot of positive feedback from the parents. Belinda was very helpful on the day. Anna was friendly & pleasant to communicate with. Overall a great experience, thank you.
11yo bday party - all the kids had an absolute ball, and bonus that they're making their own custom party bags perfect!
I recently attended the confectionery course. Jam packed full of tips and tricks and we ate our creations for many days. Just thought of writing the review again when looking to make some nutty caramel. Thank you for an easy to follow course.
I was kind of hoping I would learn to make chocolate from scratch and so was the person who got the voucher for me. I suppose that's why I was a little disappointed when I was told at the start of the session that they use cadbury and nestle and you just melt it and set it into shapes.
I had a voucher for a gift and it was for the basic chocolate making course (which is just melting cadbury into moulds according to reviews) but there were none available to book. I wanted to get in before xmas so I called them up and they said I could swap it out for a tree-making session. Very glad they were so accommodating.
The session has melted chocolate set up and lots of different toppings and colours mixed to add in, as well as flavoured fillings. There were a few little kids in with the class who had a ball. I would highly recommend for families or school holidays.
I did have a good time, and learned some nifty tricks. I will probably dabble in making people gifts from little chocolate moulds, it's surprisingly easy.
Also thankyou to the lady (Anna? Starts with an A anyway) who ran the class as she was friendly and helpful.
