Partner tipped me off about this place - a little gem, an oasis in a world devoid of bookshops. So, I found a rare gem, only wish they had more of what I need for research. A good local alternative to Abe's and you can actually avoid Aus Post and pick them up. Excellent service, highly respectful, courteous, and efficient. A must in Adelaide!

Item arrive in padded box, then brown paper wrapped. I was a bit nervous about how old the set would be (as I keep all my books immaculate), but its like new!

Adelaide Booksellers are a little tricky to find! They’re actually in a basement under Dymocks and another store. To enter AB, turn left from Rundle Mall and walk about 10/20 metres (on your left) down Twin Street. There you will find a lift or stairs to the basement. They have a good range of stock that is reasonably priced. I wouldd return!

I have been trying to find a book called 3 chefs the kitchen men for some time now, found one on amazon $281.00 normal price $69.95 whew! Found Adelaide booksellers on the net spoke with Mary, within five minutes she found me one overseas for $60.00 delivered, have not dealt with Mary before but if thats how she treats people over the phone how good would she be face to face, if you are looking for a particular book call Mary

I have always found the owners very pleasant and courteous to do business with and have also had very good dealings with them which is mainly over the phone as I live in Sydney.
