I had an exceptional experience with Adelaide BMW, thanks to an outstanding team and excellent customer service. Harsh, who handled sales, was incredibly kind and caring. Matthew was truly helpful in providing discounts and rewards, and Leila handled accounting and car insurance professionally. I must also express my gratitude to Daniel for his exceptional management skills. This was our second car purchase from this company, and we are genuinely satisfied.

Bought a used Mercedes from them two years ago. Had nothing but issues; a couple of weeks out, a series of issues, as well as a service that needed to be done. They refused. Leaking coolant, issues with the accelerator, and other stuff. They begrudgingly looked at it and said there were no problems, even though there was coolant visibly leaking and the light on the dash coming on. This persisted and still does. Then admittedly after the warranty, the sun roof blind chewed itself to pieces, after only being used three or four times - calls to the guy I bought it from were just ignored. I recently tried to contact them again, after a long spell of ill health meant this was the least of my worries and was put on the back burner. They said they wanted phone records, proof of attempted calls etc. Just stalling tactics. I would avoid buying a used vehicle from them like the plague. It's all shiny and looks great, unless there's an issue. I wish I'd put my $30k elsewhere - worst car I've ever bought from a dealer and the worst follow up service. I'm struggling to find a positive, other than the front desk staff are friendly and the showroom is slick. Salespeople are just arrogant. Avoid. UPDATE ON REPLY: Replies which say 'contact us' like the one below, are just an attempt to make readers think they've attempted to resolve the issue; clearly my post explains I've been through this already. They've resolved nothing, and mean to resolve nothing - buy the car back, no? Then not resolved. Fix the broken sunroof blind, no? Then not resolved. Period.
