Adelaide (Hutt St) IGA reviews
30It's a great store. There is plenty of food with a wide range. Would visit the store again.
Managed to get a few basic items while staying down with son in hospital late in evening a bit expensive but when your desperate IGA does the job!
They got the 10pm essentials one of the only 'supermarket's' in that area of the city too.
Bad service the cashiers are quite rude and management mistreats their staff id recommend going to the IGA up the road for better range of products and better service.
They sell refrozen stock that's melted and none of their staff get paid super. Terrible business owner.
I gave them 14 months of my life and they couldn't even give me my superannuation, let alone pay bills on time to actually have stock in store. But I'll chuck you one star because you did repay the thousands in overtime owed after fair work was contacted - much appreciated x
Firstly, something is wrong with the meat here. Everybody is lining up to use the rest room. Furthermore, I heard somebody say that some of the meat in this area is poisonous.
The parking was awful but there was a young girl there with red and black hair that was very nice, we had a good chat she seems to like her job a lot and was a very hard worker
Nice little convinience store. Open till late Has limited parking in front of the store and may be tricky during the day.
Open till late. Nice little shop. Has most goods needed. Shelved are stocked good. Parking in front of shop, but could be tricky during day time.
Great selection of speciality local foods and opening times are convenient. Staff are always friendly. Prices are a little high.
To me, it's my local shop. Been going there for years. Good price's compared to iga on Gilbert st. Good staff, Easily a 4 star rating. Small shop.
Small shop, more like an express/ quick shopping. Reasonable range of product, do not have lots of variety, Fresh foods and vegetable r a bit pricy if not on sale.
Conveniant and a very kind old man out front dometimes i give a few dollers to.i hope thay dont give him a problem.it must be difficult for homeless people during covid 19 or any time
Quite a small shop but has everything you need in a convenience store. Never a long queue and the staff are friendly.
Great selection of speciesism local foods and opening times are convenient. Staff are always friendly. Prices are a little high.
I've been going here for multiple years and they have a good selection of items for a small shop with consistently pleasant and friendly staff. They also have very competitive pricing with their specials which makes it my 'go to' shop, for sure.
The deli section is amazing. Jad loads kd gourmet produce and some great looking deserts.
The lady who served me was funny and friendly as. Made me laugh a few times and very personable.
Better prices compared to past years when last used the hutt street supermarket. The service counter was staffed by a lovely woman who was both helpful and polite & had very warm courteous conversation whilst she served me and it was much more inside that little supermarket then I’d have ever seen in an inner city supermarket IGA to be honest. Compared to the IGA in the North Terrace opposite the old previous RAH building the hutt street IGA had lots of great and logical choices. The prices competitive with suburban supermarkets and wide selection of good options for such a tiny small store! I was fairly impressed and happy to be surprised. Made for a pleasant stop in at 9: 30pm during a week night as was told their open up till ten pm.happy they were there and in conveniently located place near my bus stop home from a friends; good when IGA hutt street stay open Iater then all the local shops near me in Glenside; they shut much earlier in the evening- (compared to an earlier regular types of bigger suburban shops which week nightly is common shutting at about 9pm at most locations). All round good experience and will attend this shop frequently now I’ve been in and given the shop a fair chance!
