Poor customer service with rude behaviour. Misleading customer with price of materials. They always over charge. Very poor service. Try to avoid this shop.

Poor customer service everytime!
Bought lamb last week and requested staff to see if they were able to dice it further but they simply said No! Rude staff (no courtesy no smile) and quality of the meat isn't the best could be various factors - hygiene, expiry conditions etc although they're as similar at prices with other butchers in the area or town. Best to look elsewhere!

Good stock of South Asian Food and Grocery. Meat is not clean; has quite a bit fat, which can be removed.

After my last not so good review, they have improved their service and they are back on track.excellent service this time.

Small, but a nice spot to get a variety of spices, dried legumes, and bulk rice + grains for good value. Occasionally they have fresh chillies and herbs available too.

When you ask for the product price they call to owner and ask the price and always tell you more price Instade of price tag labed close to product.

I get everything what I wanted, Good range of Indian groceries, very competitive price and staff is very helpful.

Very Good service, meat is always top Quality. Especially things from our home country they stock and always go out of thier way for customer satisfaction. Staff also great workers helpful.

Great place to buy fresh and halal meat,
Grocery products are as competative as compare to few of the large Indian grocery shops in Adelaide.

Good customer service, reasonable prices, a good range of fresh halal meat and chicken and a wide variety of groceries, spices, frozen and chilled foods and small goods. Check it out and you may become a regular.

I hope they fix their customers service and be more tidy. I really wish them to be the best but if they continue like this way they will lose customers. Sorry but this is my opinion. Maybe honesty will make fixes your errors?

I usually buy drinks from the store and there is the owner Adam he’s a very nice guy but one of his employee’s were telling me to get out of the store because I wanted to pay 2 dollars for a can of coke with card. That employee really put the store down what a shame.
Highly not recommend unless that employee gets kicked or apologises to me.

They good really bad quality meet and expired groceries and other than that the employees are really rude and disrespectful and they sell items for higher price then what it is listed in the shelve basically they rob people and highly not recommended.

The funny thing about Adam halal, that they keep you waiting until they finish their group meal while many customers are stranded in their shop.

Had this experience with myself & my room mate when we purchase things from there by using my card & didn’t bother to take the receipt BUT later noticed they charged me extra couple of $$ of what it supposed to be Same thing they did for her. So, People got to check your receipt or statement carefully.very disappointed ️

Fresh meat and no complaints with quality so far, please maintain the same.

Worst shop. They are good in robbing people. Nothing personal. Just bought goat meat and i can't find meat in between all those bones.

Couldn't find "BEST GOAT MEAT" anywhere else, but I find in Adam's Butcher but price is slightly dearer than other places to be honest.

Chicken is not so best and fresh coz it went off second day sitting on the fridge. So, I bin it.

I like to go to this store when I have no options to go to other stores coz but I wouldn't go there for anything else coz the front server are so arrogant, disrespectful never care about customers, so racist, I don't like Togo there anymore
