Acrylic Blanks

I’ve purchased twice now from Acrylic Blanks and both times have had a fast turn around, shipped to WA and I’m very happy with my products. Their customer service is very helpful, highly recommend.

I’ve ordered multiple times in the past and recently again. I’ve never had issues, the communication has always been extremely quick, responsive and consistent. I’ve never had an issue with the quality of the item.
I ordered a few smaller items this time and I really appreciated the packing they came in. It’s to ensure it doesn’t get broken and it’s wrapped very well.
I will continue to order again:)

I recently ordered some custom Acrylic for my granddaughters first birthday and the service I received was fantastic.
I was kept well informed and updated during the whole design process and could not have been happier with the final products. They were even able to accomodate some of my last minute changes.

I was sent the wrong acrylic that was to be used for a wedding. I enquired as soon as I could and customer service via email and IG were horrendous. They took too long to get back to me and I had to reach out multiple times. It's been about a month. I was sent an acrylic with holes in it when I ordered only regular acrylic. I was told i'd be given a partial refund, however only $15 was refunded to me for an item I paid nearly $50 for.

I continuously followed up with my dissatisfaction and they have just ignored me and refused to respond.

I ofcourse approved the partial refund, but was not told what percent it was. I
was moreso dissatisfied about the lack of response and communication

Products are always of high quality, customer service is great and postage is relatively quick. Have been a return customer on numerous occasions. Would highly recommend.

Acrylic Blanks are excellent to deal with. My order was super small batch - just 4 small pieces, but at every stage I felt like my order was just as important to AB as one of their large commercial clients.

Took a while to get here but I have engraved the Acrylic blank with my Scan n Cut and is about to go to it's new home with the lamp base.

Love the led light bases nice timber and shape would definitely buy these again and service was great

Long time crafter, first time ordering acrylic/timber blanks online. Acrylic blanks was the only place I could find timber blanks in the thickness I was wanting for a project. I added a $10 mystery seconds box to my order and I'm so glad I did! Such a great variety of acrylic and timber blanks - I can't even tell why they are seconds. I'm so excited to try some new ideas with these blanks. Poor customer service. I ended up paying $18.95 in postage for an item that costs $6.80
You pay the initial $10.95 for postage and then a couple of days later they suggest an upgrade to express order for another $8! If you don't.it could take another 12 Business Days as they are very busy! I had no choice as I needed the item. Amazingly as soon as I paid the additional $8 the item that could take 12 business days to make and send was sent within the hour.
Won't use them again
