Useless. No one answers the phone at SA Branch. Order placed last week with no notification that the SA office was closed until the 15th January.
Today the Christmas break message still on the SA office number. Tried several direct lines and spoke to someone who then didn't call back when said they would.
Even in Adelaide, we still would like reasonable customer service.
