Long Term Experienced Pc's have left Aged Care because they are burnt out with inhuman Staff Ratios. Management just cover up they have no idea what happens on the floor.

This company claim to have streamline their operations to benefit their customers and their staff. What a load of GARBAGE! These changes have been put into place to benefit ONLY the company. Try asking your workers but more importantly the customers who for a 1 hour service are expected to be available for a total of 3 hours so a worker can turn up in that time to do deliver their 1hr service making that 4hrs of their day gone! Like aged people have nothing better to do! And to please who? NOT the customer!

TODD How much are ACH paying you for that 5star review? You forgot to mention that customers phone calls are not returned and worse still never answered!

Communication is non-existent, they pass the blame onto other departments as to why no one is contacting a client regarding their services. Would not recommend this service to any one. Also if you ever get Adrian as a cleaner, run the other way and ask for someone else, most incompetent cleaner I've ever witnessed. Breaks a vacuum cleaner then mysteriously calls in sick for 6 weeks as hes clearly too embarassed to come back. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Appalling service. Communication non-existent. Only good review posted by a staff member. Grossly inappropriate. Staff reviews should be posted in their own dedicated site which would then give a more accurate overview of customer satisfaction ie 1 star! The discrepancy between staff reviews and customer experience show that ACH is completely out of touch with consumers of their 'services'.

I have worked for ACH Group for over 10 years. I started as a community worker then moved into scheduling. I have met so many good people working at this office. I really feel the team get in and work hard, with a great customer focus. ACH Group is a great place to work. I love what I do and enjoy seeing people like Patrick in mantainece, Troy at the Cafe, Julien in IT and up to Frank CEO all very different people working to give good lives. I look forward to my future with ACH Group and when the time comes I look forward to receive services from a friend not a company.

I used to have a lot of respect for this organisation, but even before COVID things started going downhill. They talk the talk of aged care and support, but really don’t walk the walk. There are constant delays: on the phone, with services, with communication. The difficulty in getting staff across all of the aged care sector means that there has been no continuity of care for my dad. Support workers change constantly. I’m currently waiting on hold on the phone so that I can speak to someone for at least the third time about a simple gardening job that has been delayed by more than 2 months, where people who were booked just don’t turn up.

Aged Care Support

My aged Father-in-Law, Brian suddenly experienced a substantial disruption in his life, resulting in the need for an urgent aged care assessment. The following week an ACH Transitional Care Officer attended Brian's home unit and assessed his health and disabilities resulting in a range of wonderful home assistance options, also becoming quickly available. These options not only greatly benefited Brian, but freed up my Wife's and I weekends, given our support is now largely being provided by ACH.

Today my Father-in-Law rang to advise that he hasn't been this happy and content in such a long time.

Therefore our much appreciation of ACH, in particular Heather, Sophie and Jessie for the professional and friendly support.
