Completely incompetent. We requested a delivery and specifically asked for an electric pallet jack and hydraulic ramp. The booked it in with this information and then after expecting a delivery that day they called back to say they do not use electric pallet jacks and still charged us for part of the delivery.

Driver had an attitude issue. I brought that to Aceit's attention and within the hour they were back to me with a solid resolution. Can't do fairer than that.

Not very helpful when comes to sharing earning potential, which is very important for stepping into a business.

Please remind your courier driver, driving van 344 today in the Seaford shopping centre approx. 2.15pm that he is required to stop at pedestrian crossings when people are waiting to cross. He went straight through the crossing when a lady was attempting to cross the designated crossing (with another person approaching to cross) it was also raining, I guess he didn't want to get wet, oh no wait he was his van! Never mind the poor lady WALKING and having to wait in the rain for your inconsiderate driver! Maybe that's possibly why your parcels arrive quickly, drivers disregard road rules

Ace It Couriers were a fantastic company to work for.
I loved my time there and I really did witness first hand the high standards they pride themselves on for customer service.

The clients I met had clear appreciation for the services provided.
As the company says "don't just send it Ace It" I can most definitely concur with that.

Bad driving near King William Road, one of their couriers almost caused an accident in front today with reckless driving on the bus lane.

Very reliable and always easy to book. Never had a problem and have been using them for a number of years.

My father had a delivery come this morning, he rang me to tell me there was someone dropping it off.
I went to go check and no one was at the door, instead the driver was in his truck across the road, paying no attention to his surroundings, disturbing traffic down the street and he was at least waiting there for 20 minutes or so.
I had to go to the truck and communicate with the driver which lead to me having to help him carry the delivery to my house. I mentioned to him many times he could have knocked on the door if he needed help and to notify me that he was there but instead he was using the excuse that his boss told him not to and he couldn't find our house, but it was pretty clear he knew where he was.
This is very unprofessional on the companies end and have never had an issue before, until now.

Steve delivered our floors today, he was a legend! He went above and beyond to deliver good customer service and cared about customer satisfaction. This is so important but seems lost in today's society - but not with Steve! He was helpful, friendly and made it easy.
Well done!

"WITHOUT PREJUDICE"
Good. NO. Really bad? Yes. This morning, a courier from the firm rang my front door bell at approx. 10.30. I opened my front door within seconds, just in time to watch the driver throw my parcel into his van, get in, and drive off. They have tried to deliver something to me before - at, according to their own tracking device, at 4.18 am. The retailer didn't believe that, nor does the ACCC, nor the AFP. Oh, and they also ask on their cards for things they are not entitled to ask for at law. Avoid.

I have dealt extensively with this company for my role in project lighting, and I can recommend them very highly. They are easily the best courier company I have dealt with. I have recommended this company to several other businesses and they have been very happy with their service as well

My business has used Aceit for more than 5 years. We have moved a few times chasing savings but always come back. A great family operated business capable of handling high volumes. It's hard to keep people in this industry happy. I imagine like taxi companies they can get bad reviews from on single experience. Aceit aren't perfect. But my total experience with thin has been 5 star.

The worst courier company I have ever had to do business with. Relatives of mine have also had the unfortunate experience of spending their hard earned money on this business, and were somehow more disappointed than I was. They are rude and disrespectful people, and send the minimum number of people (one person) to deliver something that would typically require a minimum of two people (you know, something that weighs over 100kgs to a small home where a forklift is unavailable.). DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE PEOPLE. TERRIBLE COMPANY, AND WHAT SEEMS TO BE AN EVEN MORE TERRIBLE JOB.
