7Amazing customer service! Super atmosphere within the office and always a happy staff answering the phones!
Feedback left on behalf of Lorraine, wife of an Accept Care client:
We couldn’t have a nicer or more helpful person that comes twice a week to our house. He helps me with things that I don’t understand, like things that come through the mail, and he helps with the garden. He’s here for Kevin but he also helps me a lot. Kevin doesn’t need that much looking after but I don’t like to leave him by himself so whenever I’ve got time off to do shopping and pay bills, Ron comes and stays with Kevin. Having Ron around has helped me to continue living my life.
Kevin Denton. My Wife Margaret is attended by Julie Parsons.
Julie is Punctual, Friendly, Compasionate, Competdent and understanding of how to attend Demencia patients. We are so gratefull of having Julie as our CARER.
Accept provide regular training for support workers. The traing was helpful and confident.
The whole service was hit or miss im not saying I haven't had great performance from some and then I wasn't listened to properly by management and I ended up just being a money pit for there service the level of Incompetence was the final straw
I'm new to Accept, but so far the support has been excellent. I feel like we are in good hands for this part of our journey.
3 words (DON’T USE THEM) They are unreliable inconsistent and make promises that they can’t keep highly stressful, and very poor management overall.e. G they would ring 2/3 hours before the carer was due to commence shift only to be told that they were no staff available on a regular basis.
