Finally a financial counsellor who isnt judgemental and shows an understanding with financial hardship as someone who has experienced it. Kim thankyou kindly for your support. Very much appreciated. Usually i try to avoid going here and asking for help as ive never been treated with compassion and made to feel not worthy of help but definitely a different situation this time.

Felt discriminated against today.
Why do you need to know my vaccination status? That is none of your business and has nothing to do with assistance with food or how limited supplies are. That was the excuse I got when I queried why you need to Know if I'm vaccinated or not. Disgusting

I love the place peaceful place for us to get a feed and help me out with getting the necessary items that are lost to the fire that burnt my and my partner screamed for any one to help her to die out the fire that we both lost everything I am sorry for this I have to be able to make a great time and place peaceful place for us all to be able to do work that I am doing

Gave me a tent when I went there with my 11 month old son homeless. Nothing they can do they said. Got told to move on from their couch cause it was only for their clients. Arrogant, rude, ac care who are you actually helping and why are taking so much of the tax payers dollars if no one is getting help.

EDITED 2020: had flight paid for home not long after this review, and assistance to airport. They were helpful in the end.
(I was in domestic violent relationship at the time and they could sense the dishonesty but could've handled it better to help me through out the relationship not after he was taken away so I could speak freely)

I'd like hear about other peoples experience. On engaging this business, i was taked at, not listened to and given the run around. They seem quite disorganised and low level of skill.

Their HR manager assaulted me and verbally abused me. Not a great work environment if you are LGBTI+.

Staff are wonderfully caring and astute. Councillors are extremely skilled and tenacious on behalf of clients. Highly recommend.
