You had a great selection and your prices were really good. Plus, it looked like I could get some flowers delivered same day, which you were able to do. Some of the flowers that I requested weren't available so they sent us a message and substituted something very similar and added an extra bottle of wine! My order was taken and paid for 2 days earlier.when I called on the day of delivery asking for expected time of arrival, I was told 4-6hrs.

Later around midday got email saying order.refunded since not deliverying in NSW. THEY Should Not Have Taken My order.in The 1st place.
