As a beginner in fish, I surprised my daughter and took her to buy hers very FIRST pet fish. Entering the shop the Staff was NOT welcoming at all (with rolling eyes). No one came up to us for assistance. After roaming the shop for a good 30 - 40 mins my daughter chose her fishes (guppy, Tetra).
we finally went to the staff our self (as during all this time none cared to even give us a friendly glance), the guy came up to me and asked if I have an aquarium with heating etc.
I told him we just need a fish in a bowl atm. Without any curiosity he showed us towards 2 types of fishes only to choose from if one has a bowl only.we came out empty hands with my kids crying in the car whole time.
At the exit I stopped and asked the staff my self, that how much big a aquarium is needed if I want to keep a FISH and he started explaining the size, whilst the other staff next to him rolled his eyes and turned around with a smirk.
All I want to say is PUT A NOTE IN THE ENTRANCE OF YOUR SHOP, that these fish requires full facilities, SO none waste their time and energy!

This is our go to for all things fish. Sam is very knowledgeable with Cichlids and has turned our tank into an exceptional piece of moving art.

Best fish store ever! The employees are very helpful and the tanks are in pristine condition. We had bought all our fish from this shop and none of them died. All fish are extremely healthy. Even a beginner could come to this place and get the correct type and amount of fish for their tank. Thanks for the AMAZING service!
